Special Containment Procedures: SCP-10000 is to be kept on top of a stainless steel metal table within a minimum of 1 meter from a Foundation-issued tablet, “Contact,” within Site-15. The tablet is to remain constantly powered via direct site power. Personnel with 2/10000 clearance can interact with SCP-6000's files through “Contact” with permission from Senior Researcher Linn Ashok.

Description: SCP-10000 is a standard USB flash drive, labeled “Figures,” measuring 5.08cm in length. Any electronic device within 1 (one) meter of SCP-10000 has access to all files contained within “Figures.” Multiple devices located within the vicinity of the drive results in all devices creating a larger combined screen. These devices can be rearranged and the images on the screens are modified in accordance with their position. Inserting SCP-10000 into a USB port results in [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-10000 contains __ .docx and __ .png files (haven’t gotten there yet) that are unable to be duplicated or edited. The origin of SCP-10000 is currently unknown.

The Parallax Papers

Personnel Note: SCP-10000 contains documents described as the “Parallax Papers” which is what appears to be an account from an unknown entity identified as “Parallax.” It is believed that "Parallax" was a former member of the SCP Foundation before the application of a Class-A amnestic. The identity of "Parallax" is currently unknown. It has been decided by the 05 Council that entity “Parallax” will not receive a Group Of Interest role amongst the Foundation. Should personnel encounter an entity claiming to be “Parallax” in the field they are to report it to a supervising officer immediately.

Parallax Information:
Who is Parallax?
Parallax is a former member of the Foundation. Most likely research division. They have many encounters relating to the Foundation post-employment. Parallax is not a GOI.
What are Parallax' motives?
Parallax is first driven by pure curiosity, but after learning that the Foundation used a nuke in a small town in Wales to effectively destroy copies of SCP-173. Parallax's motives are then shifted from curiosity to finding justice for the families of those who were killed by discovering who deployed the nuke.
How does Parallax operate?
Parallax begins to use the news and Google to find out information about the Foundation. They then get classified Foundation files on SCPs and later personnel files from GOI-006-001 "Nobody". The reasoning for "Nobody"'s actions are not explained.
Where is Parallax?
It is believed that Parallax is located on the East Coast of the United States.
Is Parallax an individual or group?
It is perceived that Parallax is an individual in the beginning. However, near the end evidence suggests it may be a group.
