I know Siren Head is not fully an SCP but I am making a post about containing it.
Hello, my name is John. I am on a quest to find some missing campers. We are in a forest near a small town. Not even 5 minutes in, we hear crying. We start heading towards the sound and nothing. Then something was rumbling, then we heard a scream behind us and it was one of our members! But it was too late. we went deeper into the woods, then we heard a voice. It sounded like a scream nearby, exactly like our captured member. We ran over there but only found a chipmunk. We decided to go to the town and we were in shock. There was a giant rusty figure standing right by the telephone poles. It charged at us, about the speed of SCP-173. We shot at it, nothing worked. We evacuated to a nearby building to hide and called a helicopter to capture it. We successfully captured it and we named it SCP 6789. Us staff gave it the nickname, "Siren Head". Thats his/hers nickname since it had a Siren for it's head. That was the part that fooled us for the screaming. We put soundproof walls so it wouldn't disturb the others. We quickly made it Class: Keter since we had a few incidents studying it. We studied it for a little but then realized that it needed termination. We gathered a lot of SCPs to terminate it but no use. We were ordered to the forest again to look at a cave. We saw drawings from the beginning times with cavemen killing the creatures. We now have armed SCP personnel looking for creatures similar. We tried termination again and we got a little piece of what looked like rusty skin that SCP-682 peeled off. The council won't let me right further than this because of the risk of a civilian taking it and collect the knowledge of what the SCP foundation is.

I just found this journal in my friends desk. I found this just in time and the Siren Head SCP broke out and killing us. They closed the gates in time but I'm the only one left in the gate, send hellpp…hnjm,.lkjnm,cf.
