Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4651 must be contained within a small 8x8x8 foot glass container. No personnel are permitted to make physical contact with SCP-4651 unless authorized by a majority vote of the 05 council.
Description: SCP-4651 "The Guitar" appears to be a double necked guitar with an "Epiphone" logo. Any personnel who come in contact with SCP-4651 begin to uncontrollably play notes, starting with C and escalating to F sharp. Once F sharp is played, the player begins to bleed profusely through their eyes until they have been completely drained of blood, killing them.
Addendum: If SCP-4651 ever somehow breaches containment, only high ranking personnel are to be notified, other than Dr.█████.
