Idea for GOI:
The Coalition of the Free Foundation. (TCFF)
Mostly made of former foundation personnel and former members of other GOI's, the T.C.F.F wants to dismantle the SCP foundation, (or simply alter it) and re-create a foundation that is less secretive, knowledge of the SCP foundation would be available to the public. (Although they would still want to classify SCPs whose mere knowledge being available to the public would be dangerous) They would want to prevent inhumane practices like the use of D-Class personnel.
Unlike other GoI's like the chaos insurgency, they still want an SCP foundation like entity, just a foundation that plays by the rules of morality, and ethics. They don't want to have arguably the most powerful entity on the planet to be completely unregulated and with little to no regard for morality. Instead of performing attacks on SCP bases or assassinations, the TCFF instead tries to leak information about the foundation, and sneak spies into high ranking positions to try and find ways to leak massive amounts of info.
The Coalition appears to have nearly ten billion dollars of funding, how they have gotten this funding is so far unknown. The Intelligence Agency has so far found ██ spies within their ranks. Disturbingly, ██ spies were reported with clearance over Level-2, and 1 spy was found with Level-4 security clearance. However it is suspected there may be up to ███ spies within the foundation's ranks.
Knowledge of SCP-███, SCP-███, SCP-████, and SCP-███ were almost leaked to the public. and SCP-███ was leaked to {DATA EXPUNGED} before he was assassinated by agents ██████ ████, ███████ ███████, and agent ██████ ████.
