Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held in a heavily soundproofed humanoid containment cell. It is not to be surveyed, observed or visited under any circumstances. Any personnel or SCP objects that come into contact with SCP-XXXX are to be immediately terminated by any means necessary. The body is not to be recovered. If SCP-XXXX is to escape containment the facility is to be terminated by the means of nuclear devices. The remaining area is to be declared off-limits and manned by Foundation guards equip with echo-location headsets and all other means of vision and hearing impaired.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an extremely difficult SCP to contain. It will appear to each person as the person they care for the most. This often a parent, child or sibling. As of yet we have been unable to observe it's true form as it will appear different to each person. When viewed through a closed-circuit television it still appears to each person differently. This SCP also contains extremely powerful persuasion abilities. Anyone who hears an instruction from SCP-XXXX will do everything they are capable of to follow that order. Lip reading, audio recording and transmission, writing and other languages also have this effect. No method so far is found to negate or block this aside from echo-location and impaired hearing and vision. SCP-XXXX's intentions are unclear as of now but it seems to want to escape the facility. It has no qualms with killing personnel and civilians.

Closing statement: SCP-XXXX was re-contained with the use of tranquilizers but at the expense of 43 guards and 12 civilians. Dr. █████████ was unable to breath again, even unconscious and asphyxiated. This audio file still contains the order for any males to destroy the recording and can only be listened to and reported on by female staff. Anyone listening to this will shout their name when SCP-XXXX asks Dr. █████████ to say his name and will open the nearest door when SCP-XXXX asks the guards to. Before listening to this recording all personnel are to treated with Class C amnestics to remove the location of SCP-XXXX's cell as anyone with that knowledge will attempt to open SCP-XXXX's cell.
Addendum
After capturing a live subject affected by SCP-XXXX the effect became neutralized by the subject's body. After more testing the effect had a time limit of 3 days, meaning that if an effected subject is kept alive for three days the effect will wear off and they can resume normal operation.
