All organic matter that comes into contact with SCP- XXXX , will slowly liquify, and turn into more of SCP - XXXX, and, if no other living matter is in an area of about 3 meters, will slowly fade, causing a slight fluxation in the weight of the can, becoming heavier, suggesting that SCP-XXXX's can is filling up. Notably, if any living matter comes within 3 meters of SCP XXXX, it will move at an incredibly slow rate, an average of about an inch an hour towards the matter. Depending on the mass of the liquid, and the size

Esoteric monsters compendium
In effect a book, that reads like a generator for creatures for a standard DND game. However, upon bringing dice into an area of five feet within the book, rolling up a monster from start to finish, its effects will activate and will turn the user into the described monster. However, this transformation takes about two minutes, is very much so painful, and allows the user to feel their consciousness fade into chaotic nothingness, the alignment rolled for the creature seems to have no effect upon the person.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: [Paragraphs explaining the procedures]
SCP-XXXX is to be contained its own 5x5 storage room, and standard locks, monitored by a guard under standard 12-hour rotation, one guard for every 12 hours.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a hardcover book, bound in leather titled "Esoteric monsters compendium" in gold lettering. No author is noted on the cover.
SCP-XXXX came into Foundation knowledge after an event in [DATA EXPUNGED] Community college in [DATA EXPUNGED], California, where a group of four students were on downtime and were playing a session of the roleplaying game "Dungeons and Dragons". The event ended in ██ casualties of students, and local news attention.
The inside of the book is standard, seeming to be a standard book for a typical roleplaying game, one rolling a die to generate various monsters with a random description based upon the results of the rolls. The book's construction is of mostly non-anomalous materials, save for the leather, which belongs to a currently unknown creature.
SCP-XXXX's anomalous effects manifest when anybody within 5 feet come in range of the book with the intent to use it, or if the person passing happens to have a set of dice on their persons, the book immediately flipping open to its first page, however the person who intends to use it, on a more trivial note, perceives that they opened the book- even if out of range to do so.
Other than the pages flipping for the said person after making a roll, no other anomalous events occur, until the very end. After which, the book will slam shut, and the affected persons will undergo a transformation. What the person transforms into depends on what they roll, with an occasional error or extra addition of other selected features. The transformation seems to be incredibly painful and has a death rate of about 20 percent per transformation. During the transformation, the subject will slowly lose free thought, being sent down to their basic animal instincts. After completion, at about two minutes average per person, they will grow immediately hostile and seek out others to hunt down, regardless of what they rolled for general alignment, and even if their current form would put them at a massive disadvantage.
Generally, there are five pages that people will draw from, Body shape, Alignment, Intelligence, Defenses, and Size.
About 20 percent of the time, another page will be opened during rolling, and within it, strange effects that may be added to said final transformation.
