Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4081-1 and SCP-4081-2 are to be kept in separate airtight containment cells, approximately 100 meters from each other made out of tungsten. Both Containment cells are to be locked with two
key card readers at least 5 meters apart. Relocation and testing of SCP-4081 has to be approved and overseen by class-4 personnel accompanied by one guard as well as clearance from O5 command.
Description:
SCP-4081 are two objects classified as SCP-4081-1 and SCP-4081-2. SCP-4081-1 is a black/grey fedora made out of an unknown material that is very resilient against fire, cuts and brute force. SCP-4081-2 is a knife 30 cm long and 3 kg in weight. SCP-4081-2 is made of an unknown material that seems to be indestructible. When These two objects are united with a photo of a person all three objects will disappear when out of a line of sight. After Approximately 2 hours later a humanoid figure known as SCP-4081-3 will appear behind the subject and will attempt to kill the subject after
another hour a seemingly random amount of time has passed. SCP-4081-3 looks like a young man in his early twenties, It is wearing SCP-4081-1 and a worn blue hoodie. In it's hand it is holding SCP-4081-2. It's face and skin looks pale as if It was dead, It has numerous scars over its body which suggests it was killed with a knife. SCP-4081-1 and 2 where discovered by the foundation in ██████ at ██/██/██. From the point that SCP-4081-3 is activated the target will be known as SCP-4081-4
SCP-4081-4 will grow more paranoid as time goes by, thinking there is something behind them when there is not.
SCP-4081-1 creates a black/purple substance that smells like oil and blood. This Substance is not corrosive highly corrosive and can melt through most types of materials, tungsten has been found to be the immune against this substance.
SCP-4081-2 creates a red/brown liquid with the same thickness as blood, it's smell has been described as blood, flesh, rotten food, and oil. This liquid is not corrosive, but it smells extremely bad. Staff are reluctant to enter unless they are wearing smell proof masks.

Procedure:
The subject will enter the testing chamber and be told to sit in a chair. A photo of the subject will be taken and be placed next to SCP-4081-1 and SCP-4081-2.

*03:27* subject seemed to become more paranoid periodically checking the entire room.
*05:25* SCP-4081-3 showed up.
*05:29* SCP-4081-3 attacked, the subject noticed SCP-5000-3 and managed to dodge it's attack.
*05:32* SCP-4081-3 killed subject. SCP-4081-3 immediately disappeared leaving only SCP-4081-1,SCP-4081-2 and the photo with a red x drawn on it.

Results:
Even thou subject was killed we gathered a lot of useful information on SCP-4081. We will attempt this test again in 5 hours.
Analysis:
There is a time period of approximately 2 hours from when SCP-4081-3 is activated to when he shows up. It also seems SCP-4081-3 wont stop till SCP-4081-4 is dead.

Subject: D-56992, female, 32, Criminal history: robbery, hit and run, theft, mass murder.
Procedures:
The subject will enter the testing chamber and be told to sit in a chair. A photo of the subject will be taken and be placed next to SCP-4081-1 and SCP-4081-2. The subject will be given a knife to see if SCP-4081-3 can be injured.

*12:35* SCP-4081-3 attacked, subject dodged.
*12:47* subject stabbed SCP-4081-3, SCP-4081-3 stopped for 7 seconds before continuing attacking.
*12:59* subject terminated by SCP-4081-3.

Results:
SCP-4081-3 killed subject after 2 hours and 59 minutes. Subject Stabbed SCP-4081-3 but it didn't seem to do any damage to it, further testing required.
Analysis:
SCP-4081-3 seems to either be immortal or have very powerful regenerative capabilities.

Procedures
Dr T████ will use a picture of SCP-682 to activate SCP-4081-3.

*08:32* SCP-682 Started looking around his cell.
*09:44* SCP-682 began shaking his head banging it against the walls.
*10:34* SCP-682 asked why the scientist brought back SCP-173 into his cell, SCP-682 refused to listen to the scientists when they told him he was alone in his cell.
*10:44* SCP-4081-3 showed up standing on SCP-682's back.
*10:49* SCP-4081-3 attacked. SCP-5000 stabbed SCP-682 in the head at witch point SCP-682 started flailing his head around trying to get SCP-4081-3 off.
*10:54* SCP-4081-3 was seen holding up SCP-682's entire weight with two hands.
*10:59* SCP-4081-3 stabbed SCP-682 in the heart.
*11:02* SCP-682 started to move again.
*11:25* SCP-4081-3 threw SCP-682 through the wall killing 5 scientist including Dr T████
SCP-5000-3 instantly stopped attacking.
*11:30* SCP-4081-3 said "i have failed" before vanishing leaving only SCP-4081-1, SCP-4081-2 and the photo of SCP-682 with the text "i will get you next time".
*11:32* SCP-682 broke containment through the wall that had been opened causing 7 other SCP's to break containment as well as cause 572 785 casualties.

Results:
791 casualties (counting the 6 scientist's that died because of SCP-4081-3) and a massive containment break have caused O5 command to deny all further request's to run this test again.
Analysis
It would seem SCP-4081-3 is very strong as it was able to lift SCP-682 with its bare hands.
It would also seem SCP-4081-3 is linked to whoever activated it.
