Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4000 is not to be touched by and foundation staff. SCP-4000 is to be touched by Class-D's, not by any other person, when a CD enters the chamber, they should touch the object and not walk with it.
Description:
SCP-4000 is a big block, which is very light. If it gets dropped/or walked with, it'll destroy everything nearby and possibly cause a earthquake near the area. SCP-4000 can walk and can talk if it want's to, any Class-D are to be terminated after coming out of the chamber, as there are many SCP-4000's. In a case of SCP-4000-1 making another block, the new instance should be held in a secondary containment chamber and then put back into the main chamber.
Mobile Task Force E-11 "Nine Tailed Fox" are to be informed immediately if this has breached, Mobile Task Force A-1 "Alpha-1" are to be informed to get any executive personnel evacuated off-site. All other personnel are to stay in the evacuation shelters. SCP-4000 is understandable and causes major harm. This is to be destroyed as soon as possible. If SCP-4000 has escaped from it's containment chamber and is near other SCP's, the site is to be destroyed by warheads. All personnel has to report to the nuclear shelter in the event of this happening. Only level 3+ can go on the helicopters to evacuate.
