Members: SENIOR ENGINEER - Kyle South, 05-1

07:39 05-1: Status Report.

07:39 SE-KS: We're still in the process of running a full scan and diagnostic of the entire system. We can't tell you much of anything until it's finished.

07:42 05-1: How long did 079 have access to the database for?

07:42 SE-KS: Approximately 12 seconds.

07:42 O5-1: Is there any indication of how it managed to bypass the security measures?

07:42 SE-KS: As you know there was a brief power outage due to a recent solar flare interfering with the electrical grid at the site. We believe that 079 had somehow calculated exactly when the solar flare would occur and be able to bypass our security measures during the brief window when the power grid was rebooting. We still have no idea how it managed to connect in the first place however; the doors to its containment unit were deadlocked.

07:43 O5-1: Is the system scan complete?

07:43 SE-KS: It's got quite a lot of data to sift through. I'd give it around 6 minutes.

07:47 O5-1: Is it finished yet?

07:47 SE-KS: Yes It finished a few moments ago.

07:47 O5-1: What are the damages?

07:47 SE-KS: Well it appears that 079 gained level-5 access and began to edit as many documents as it could while it had access to the database.

07:48 O5-1: Edits? elaborate.

07:48 SE-KS: Well sir, it just started redacting random pieces of the documents. It appears as though at least 50% have been affected. We'll have to start amending the database with physical copies.

07:49 O5-1: Physical copies? Just input the server's master pass-code and cycle back all the documents to their last versions.

07:52 O5-1: Are you there?

07:57 SE-KS: Here's the thing sir. The master-pass code has been redacted aswell.
