Special Containment Procedures: A fence of 50x100 mm with barbed wire is to be posted around the area surrounding SCP-XXXX. The fence is to be staffed by no fewer than three members of MTF Nu-4: "Meme reviewers." If any personnel wishes to enter the area containing SCP-XXXX assigned or not must submit to a psychological exam and be screened for any past episodes of PTSD. They are to be given class A or B amnestics and given to armed site-69 for reassignment. If a breach event is to occur members of MTF Nu-4 are to alert the task force leader ASAP to begin recontainment measures. The current task force leader is to be alerted upon successful recontainment; the task force leader is to alert O5-8 about the situation. SCP-XXXX and the surrounding area are to be marked off as "under construction" for the time being as to lower public suspicion.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an anomalous area within 14300 Capitol Dr, Tampa Florida containing SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX is frozen in time, one person SCP-XXXX-1 wears a pink blazer, black belt, pink shorts and brown sandals with them holding their hands together staring blankly into space. The area within SCP-XXXX is a standard suburban neighborhood containing approximately ten standard one level houses. (See exploration log SCP-XXXX 4324 for exploration of mentioned houses.) The driveway of these houses seems to always contain x2 black sedans, one grey sedan, one blue sports car, and one white family van.
Through multiple scans of the area with Geiger counters and other forms of scanning have determined that SCP-XXXX-1 is the source of the time freeze.

Nu-4-1: Control, we have eyes of SCP-XXXX-1.
The entire detachment moves around SCP-XXXX-1 and clears the house to their right.
Nu-4-5: Don't stare at it for too long; it might be some sort of hazard.
Nu-4-2: Would you shut up with you are your "memetic certification" and all that. You told us last week when looking at the cameras.
The detachment reaches the first house.
Nu-4-1: Ready to breach?
Nu-4-2 through 5 respond with: Ready.
Nu-4-1 kicks down the door of the first house only to be met by approximately three clones of SCP-XXXX-1.
The detachment immediately begins to run away as one of them approaches them.
The detachment reaches the gate leading out of SCP-XXXX however when they try to contact control all they get in response is "You know we had to do it to you."
Immediately after hearing that the detachment become dust as camera pick up SCP-XXXX holding the gauntlet again giving a blank expression.
No further attempts to explore SCP-XXXX have been made.
