Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5318 is contained at Sector-135-5318 in a 12.2 meters x 12.2 meters containment cell, which is approximately 8.5 meters next to SCP-861's containment cell. All personnel assigned to Sector-135-5318 must be cleared by Protocol-Narthex-5318 prior to transfer. The sector is located 370 meters southwest of Site-19, the main site. This entails a score of 75 or above on the Foundation Standard Compliance Examination (SCE-V.4) and a passing score on an additional personality examination devised by Dr. ████ Chancey. The reason why SCP-5318 is put next to SCP-861 is because they balance each other out when both SCPs were next to each other in the same room for an experiment. Other experiments of SCP-5318 being with another SCP in the same room, must be cleared with any of the security levels and personnel classes that correspond with that other SCP.
SCP-5318's meal plan is similar to a non-anomalous human being's meal plan, but it usually eats its meals every three days instead. SCP-5318 had requested some comforts, in which the Foundation has affirmed the entity's requests with respect.
There will be no need for amnestics for any personnel after they come into contact with SCP-5318 because personnel will feel safe in its presence during any kind of contact with it.
Description: SCP-5318 is a 2.3 meters tall female humanoid, with four, feathery, white wings that extend out to approximately 4.7 meters in length. The entity can produce a golden staff that's 3 meters long, with a big circle and a cross at the top, and a golden shield that's 3.5 meters in diameter. SCP-4793 will produce the objects if it feels threatened, or it needs to protect another being from harm. The objects are known as SCP-5318-A and SCP-5318-B, and the objects also give out a comforting light when present. SCP-5318 is formally known as Charelemeine.
Whenever another subject is next to SCP-5318, that other being, whether it's a human, animal, or even another SCP, feels calm and safe. Any negative or subtle hostile feelings will fade away being next to the entity, unless the hostile feelings are major, in which SCP-5318 will produce SCP-5318-A and SCP-5318-B to protect itself and others as well, if there are other beings in its presence.
SCP-5318 was found in the Church of ████████ in Davenport, Iowa in 1995. SCP-5318 was leading a religious seminar with a small congregation present. Personnel has to use Class A amnestics for the small congregation that was present. SCP-5318 did graciously accept the personnel's warrant for it to leave with the personnel to go to the Foundation.
During an interview in Site-19, with Foundation researchers, the Foundation found out that SCP-5318 knew about the Foundation and the anomalies that were being contained. Especially with knowing about SCP-343, aka "God". SCP-5318 talked about how it has seen 343 before and said that the two of them have been good friends since 5318 was created. SCP-5318 did state that it didn't feel right being there because of the evil energy emitting from some of the other SCPs or anomalies of Site-19.
When asked about its views on the world, SCP-5318 responded with that it wanted peace among every being and plant in existence. Whether on Earth, other planets, other galaxies, or even other universes.
