Special Containment Procedures: A 180-meter containment zone has been established around SCP-XXXX. This zone is to be monitored by a total of fourteen personnel, divided into seven patrols, at any given time. These patrols are to be equipped with an electronic audio recording device; the files of which are to be analyzed for signs of increased patriotism, chauvinism, and friendliness.

If the population of SCP-XXXX is less than 5,000 citizens, contaminated personnel are allowed to integrate with its citizens. If the population is at or above 5,000 citizens, contaminated personnel are to be neutralized1.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the town of Houck, Apache County, Arizona. SCP-XXXX's population has fluctuated since its initial documentation, with estimates ranging from 3,948 citizens to approximately 96,000.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a cognitohazardous sphere of influence extending in a 160-meter radius around a bored well located in the center of SCP-XXXX. Individuals entering this sphere exhibit immediate, permanent alterations to their personality and moral standings. These alterations are characterized by an increased sense of patriotism towards SCP-XXXX, a disdain of individuals originating from outside of SCP-XXXX, and an increased sense of kinship with other contaminated individuals.

SCP-XXXX-2 is the collective designation for all individuals currently contaminated with SCP-XXXX-1, as well as naturally-born citizens of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX-2 entities are generally hostile towards outside authorities
