Special Containment Procedures: This Object is in a 20 meter by 20 meter by 10 meter room with all walls covered in material to stop radiation leaking through or breaking down the walls. Any personnel entering or leaving the room has to go through decontamination due to the high levels of radiation it emits. This object is not considered sentient, but if it is found to be sentient, the following procedures are to be followed: It shall be in a 10 meter by 10 meter by 5 meter room so it does not have much space to try and escape. The walls are to be covered in mirrors made of 5 inch think anti-radiation substance, a decontamination shall be the only way in or out. The door shall locked at all times unless sending in D-class personnel for testing.
Description:
This object was discovered on [Data Expunged] at a house in [Data Expunged] U.S, It was first reported as a painting of all colors when it was collected by one of the field agents. Other field agents said it looked like other object such as a lamp, a pencil, and one even said it looked like a stack of documents. It was carefully sent to the SCP foundation and was put in containment on [Data Expunged].
Anyone who sees this object describes it in their own unique way that no one else does, and the same person sees the object the same way no matter what. This includes through cameras photos paintings and other ways of recording how it looks like.
