Emergency Containment Procedures: Due to the recently discovered nature of D-3XXX, all personnel are advised to stay at least 50 meters away from D-3XXX after an instance of D-3432's reality altering effects have been ultilized. Knowledge of D-3XXX is very limited, as Site-12 does not contain or receive information on D-Class from other sites. D-3XXX appears to be reversing all fatal damage that is inflicted upon it, as well as inflicting fatal damage by unknown means to all beings within a 10-35 meter radius. It is highly recommended that Site-12 go into temporary lockdown until this incident has been concluded. - Dr. Andi, after escaping Site-12.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3XXX is to be contained within a 100 m x 100 m x 100 m titanium-reinforced padded humanoid containment cell, which should always be furnished with: two (2) stuffed chairs, one (1) plush of the fictional "Dragonite" pokemon, and one (1) padded dispensing tube connected to a water supply. SCP-3XXX may be provided with blanket, pillows, or any other comfort item SCP-3XXX requests. Due to mental trauma caused by [REDACTED], SCP-3XXX is to be escorted to a mental/physical examination facility at SCP-3XXX's request. Under no circumstances, besides experimentation (see Experimentation Log 3XXX-1), is SCP-3XXX to be provided with any sort of weapon or any object that could potentially be used as a weapon. Eight (8) Scranton Reality Anchors will be constantly monitoring the Hume level, and all are to be activated during Procedure Zoi-190.

Description: SCP-3XXX is a male human of Asian descent between the ages of 2█ and 4█, who previously had begun working for the Foundation as a D-Class Prisoner on 4/19/19██. Though recruited through a contract between the Foundation and the United Nations, there seems to be absolutely no record of SCP-3XXX, where SCP-3XXX originated, and how/why the United Nations incarcerated SCP-3XXX. SCP-3XXX is currently contained within Site-██.

When SCP-3XXX is fatally injured by any means, SCP-3XXX will reverse the damage and terminate all surrounding personnel.

When SCP-3XXX is fatally injured by any means while emotionally distressed, a completely black and featureless entity, designated SCP-3XXX-1, will materialize within SCP-3XXX for as long as SCP-3XXX is emotionally distressed. For the duration that SCP-3XXX-1 is present, SCP-3XXX can not, by any means, be fatally damaged. After fatal damage has been healed, SCP-XXXX-1 will then inflict fatal damage by removal of a random vital organ to all surrounding humans within a 15 meter radius. After the previous events have occured, SCP-3XXX can also warp/alter reality to an extent within a 0.5 meter radius as it pleases for up to 1 hour. Reality-bending abilities have been shown to reside within SCP-3XXX as long as SCP-3XXX-1 also exists within SCP-3XXX.

SCP-3XXX has been confirmed to contain absolutely no knowledge of the entity designated SCP-3XXX-1, though SCP-3XXX has been observed to speak to itself. Any mention of incidents regarding SCP-3XXX's escape attempts will usually result in another escape attempt within 1-20 years.

After spending approximately 26 days since 4/19/19██ as a D-Class Prisoner involved in 6 experiments at Site-12, SCP-3XXX (previously designated D-3XXX) was invited to participate in an experiment involving anomolous kill agents unknowingly, with the faux reward of receiving $1500 upon the promised release of SCP-3XXX.

Shortly after the first instance of SCP-3XXX had been ultilized, causing over 23 casualties, D-3XXX attempted to escape the vicinity of Site-12, but was promptly stopped by 3 Senior Researchers. Following this incident, SCP-3XXX was placed within containment in Site-██.
