Containment Procedures:SCP-16518 MUST be kept in a room at least 20x20x20 meters. Nothing needs to be provided for 16518 save for constant light. Multiple physical interpreters must remain on sight at all times.
Description: SCP-16518 is humanoid, and indistinguishable from any human, and also perceives things as any other human. However, 16518 exists within his own mental and physical world. It goes about its day as any other person. Waking up, eating breakfast, going to work. Seeing and experiencing all of it. But all within the confines of its own mind, never leaving its holding chamber. This could be seen as a mere case of insanity, but SCP-16518 does not just see and hear its world. When it sits in a chair at his work, he will sit down on nothingness. When it lays in a bed, it will float as if it were on a solid surface. It has sustained very real injury from falling too far in its own world, or bumping into something that doesn't exist. It can also create food and water, and other sustenance and will respond physically to food it may not like, or food that is unhealthy. It responds to no outside stimuli, and can not be moved by external forces. This was proven during the test conducted on April █ ████, when an SCP Foundation tester entered the chamber and attempted to interact with the SCP physically. Said tester was unable to effect the object in any way.
The only explanation the doctor assigned to this SCP, Doctor █████████, has provided for this anomaly is extra dimensional manipulation. We don't have backstory for this SCP. It was first discovered on a Canadian street ██ miles West-North-West of Ottawa. It was reported to local authorities and the Foundation extracted this SCP within several hours.
This SCP poses little to no threat aside for the fact that containment is difficult. In order to transport it from Canada is was necessary to raise the land below it and transport all of it together.
SCP-16518-A: The 'nonexistent' (as all things this SCP sees will be classified until proven otherwise) wife of this SCP, known as Monica, is mentioned in most all environments. Obviously Monica and Joseph have been married for several years and have a child on the way.
