Regen-3Y52

Regen-3Y52 is a orbiting ring of moons and other debris with a circumference of around 8,150,000 miles. Its position is about 1.7 light years away from the milky way. It movement thought space does not appear to have any patterns. The center of the ring has a incredible amount of gravitational force capable of pulling planets out of orbit and attracting stars. Once a mass is attracted, it will be pulled towards the ring's center. As it gets closer to the center, the velocity of the mass will increase greatly before being flung out the other side with incredible speeds (which change depending on the size of the mass.)
No containment is possible because of its distance from earth. However, the ring must be monitored at all times and any interactions with other planets, stars, etc must be recorded.
