Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4037-A and -B are to be kept inside a soundproof humanoid cell whit a crib and 7 parenting books, these books need to be changed once SCP-4037-A has read them in its entirety, and There should also be at least 10 toys so SCP-4037-B is entertained.
No personnel is allowed inside SCP-4037's chamber when SCP-4037-B starts to cry, entering should only be accepted when SCP-4037-A managed to calm her down.
SCP-4037-B should never be taken away from SCP-4037-A.
Description: SCP-4037-A is a sentient humanoid entity composed of wood, cardboard and paper, 2,43 m in height and weights 10 kg. SCP-4037-A's body is flat like a piece of paper, giving her the ability to slide through cracks on walls and holes. SCP-4037-A is female in appearance and in nature, she declares herself as female. SCP-4037-A likes to act as a mother to SCP-4037-B and never gets extremely worried once SCP-4037-B is taken away from her, she even goes so far as to ██████. SCP-4037-A claims that she was originally born on a small farm in ██████, but doesn't really now why she is in her current state. She also says that she is 4█ years old and SCP-4037-B is 3 years of age.
SCP-4037-B is a 1,21 meter tall whit a weight of 4 kg sentient entity whit the appearance of a baby girl. It's composed whit the same materials as SCP-4037-A. SCP-4037-B actions, movement and speech is almost the same as a normal human child. She can be easily be tranquilized, entertained or placed to sleep whit the following:
- Toys
- nursery rhymes
- playing games like peek-a-boo
- SCP-███
- milk or juice
- Low rated movies
Whenever SCP-4037-B gets stressed or sad she will begin to vocalize a high pitch cry
That can be heard from five (5) meters, even reaching at one hundred (100) meters depending on the level of stress.
When someone hears SCP-4037-B's cry their body structure and brain functions will slowly begin to corrupt and be turned into one of a human baby, if someone has too much exposure to the cry or it's really close to SCP-4037-B when it begins they will be converted shortly after into a fetus. SCP-4037-A seems to be unaffected to -B's cry and can calm her down.
There is no known way (at the time this document) to cure SCP-4037-B's effect. Subjects affected do not age and are stuck on that form.
Discovery: SCP-4037-A and -B were discovered when a urban legend started appearing on █/██/████ in the town of Arizona. They told the story of a wall decoration that moved on its own at night and turned kids and adults into babies if they sinned.
The foundation got a hold of SCP-4037-A and -B when ███ █████, a fifth teen (15) year old teenage boy called the foundation saying that his dad was turned into a baby when he got close to SCP-4037-B, slipped and bumped into her, causing SCP-4037-B to begin crying. Any person around the area affected by SCP-4037-B's crying were taken for investigation.
Addendum 1: It is to be suspected that SCP-4037-A is from and created in latin america, by the fact that she speaks fluid spanish but has alot of trouble in english.
