Notes: Today while skimming through my files on my coworkers computer, since the other was malfunctioning. I browsed through some files then came across a file called Chaos, I browsed some more but couldn’t find anything.

Summary Report: Dr. J Groph found an unknown file on his coworkers computer at [Redacted]:[Redacted] PM. This was thought to be nothing to big, but the next day he found new results.
Notes: Today I found the truth, Chaos Insurgency have been hacking into the computers mainframe and has stolen many high clearance files. The data to many of my coworkers research is now in the hands of Chaos Insurgency.
