Entity-100 is composed of 2 components. Entity-100-A and Entity-100-B.

| Entity-100-B | Is a vaguely humanoid entity who bears the same appearance as Ahti Korhonen although at the same time having some part which also indicate that it bears the appearance of Erik Kråkström |

In the ~14% of cases the growth will not explode but begin to consume the whole subject in the growth. When the subject is fully consumed in the growth it's designated Entity-100-B. [Known info-hazards]:
- One of the info-hazards is tied the location of the entity. Knowing the location of the entity will alter the information [But not the actual location] on the entity's location. There is a loophole to this. You can describe everything around the location but not the location of itself. This has lead into multiple capture attempts but all have result in failure and in the loss of personnel.

[Addendum-100-A-1]
Entity-100-1 are tumor like growths of various size usually 1-2 cm in stage 3 and expand in stage 4. These growths are composed of dead and alive mutated cells. These cells are usually skin and whatever organ cells the tumor has grown on to. There is a substance currently unidentified and is cause a pulsating effect in these tumors.
[Addendum-100-A-2]
The liquid that comes from Entity-100-1 is used by Entity-100 to create symbols that have powerful info-hazards in them. Making eye contact with these symbols is not recommended although it doesn't cause any known effects, but reading these symbols in the manner to try to understand them will cause immediate brain death.
[Addendum-100-B]
-Incident which occurred on 14/4/2020, 5 am when reforms in wood-Käpylä were going to happen. These reform would have been to clear out old buildings to build more modern ones. This reform was unfortunately interrupted first by Entity-100-A. Entity chose one of the people in the group assisting the reforms and made direct eye contact with him. The entity then jump on him to keep direct eye contact until the ~400 second mark was reached. The entity didn't have to choose another person because the chosen person was covered in the substance and didn't explode like in the more common scenario.
-This created Entity-100-B which afterwards started to vacuum the near space including few townspeople, construction equipment and other construction materials. After this Entity-100-B entered in an unstable state and clear light was seen through the torso cavity. Dr Scott a known person amongst the UEC foundation ran into the light without reason what so ever. Dr Scott collided with the entity. After few minutes the Entity-100-A, -B and Dr Scott disappeared. Investigation t find Dr Scott have been unsuccessful same with Entity-100-A and -B. Amnestics were administered and case closed.
[Phenomena-A report found after the incident]
This is Dr. Scott reporting on Phenomena-A. Due to the amount of incidents regarding civilian contact with Entity-100. This report may or may not be intact when found. I'm currently in the middle of so called "No mans land" there is absolutely nothing that I can do but wait for my demise. But before I go I want everyone to know that, what ever you do, never attempt to mess around with the time and space especially if it creates an alternative universe which collide in the future. Because… I invented a wormhole to 1960 when wood-Käpylä was going to be reconstructed I accidentally let Entity-100 in with me as well which proceeded to mess around with that time resulting in a decision to destroy all the buildings in the future. This is also the reason I have sacrificed myself to the Entity-100 to break the seal and become it. Don't bother finding me or attempting to do anything related to the situation. And if you ever create a wormhole to another universe… Don't touch anything!
