Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in the high-value item storage locker at Site-19. all experiments regarding SCP-XXXX are to be cleared by the 05 counsel.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a █████ brand wristwatch that allows it’s user to slow down or stop time at will. Its ability to manipulate time is controlled by its user’s willpower and prolonged periods of use are extremely mentally (and to a certain extent) physically taxing as well. SCP-XXXX also slows down the wearer’s movement according to the rate at which time is being slowed but the wearer’s ability to process thoughts and perceive things such as sight, smell and touch along with the wearer’s capability of speech remain unaffected by SCP-XXXX.
Time will seem unaffected by those not wearing SCP-XXXX and those using its effects will be preserved as moving faster in proportion to the rate in which it slows time. XXXX's effects can be observed by those outside its effects because the watch will tick according to time wearer instead of those outside its effects

The average time that can be spent with time at a stop is 5 minutes and a time longer than 5 minutes should not be attempted.

Addendum: SCP-XXXX has proven to be a useful tool but can be used as a dangerous weapon if need be.

Subject: SCP-XXXX's potential use as a tool to aid in the containment of SCP-173
Procedure: One D-class personnel was fitted with SCP-XXXX on her right wrist and sent into SCP-173's containment cell. The D-class was instructed to stop time and close her as a test of SCP-173's ability to react under such conditions.
Results: The subject was able to keep her eyes closed for a total of 3 seconds before she lost her focus and was very quickly killed by SCP-173.
Analysis: XXXX may be harder to use as a tool for containment than we originally thought.

and further tests as dangerous as this one should only be carried out with extremely mentally resilient individuals.

Incident Log A-1 -Log Date:** April 23, 2020

Incident: Dr. Bright was seen leaving the building while giggling like a child whos recently heard a fart joke. He went to several nearby ponds and fought several ducks until he "Became their leader." he amassed over 300 ducks and planned to "take over the world." Foundation staff attempted to intervene but were attacked by Bright's duck army.
Results: Dr. Bright is no longer allowed to be left unsupervised in the presence of ducks.
Analysis: Dr. Bright's Duck army does not exist and shall not be spoken of

Incident Log A-2 -Log Date:** April 27, 2021

Incident: Dr. Bright was seen leaving the building while laughing uncontrollably with SCP-XXXX on his wrist. Dr. Bright then went to a local Karate Dojo and challenged three of the inhouse black belted students to a three on one sparring match.

Results: Dr. Bright left the Dojo followed by him returning SCP-XXXX to the high-value item storage locker at site 19.

Analysis: Dr. Bright has been reprimanded and is no longer allowed to be unsupervised with SCP-XXXX. No, it does not matter that he won 30-0.

Retrieval Log -Log Date:** █████,2013

Retrieval: SCP-XXXX was found in a large 0.5-kilometer wide crater in the ground approximately 6 kilometers away from site 19. XXXX was next to 2 newspaper covers and what appears to be a broken necklace originally resembling SCP-963.

Analysis: It is unknown how SCP-XXXX ended up where it did and what it has to do with the magazine covers or what it has in common with the necklace.

. Additional Info: in the next 3 months after the appearance of SCP-XXXX 07, 09 and 05 from the 05 council fell over dead after the sudden appearance of lacerations in their radial arteries.

in the next 7 months after the appearance of SCP-XXXX 3 sites have been destroyed with the rubble of said sites being reclaimed by nature. One witness of the disappearance of site 26 said: "It was like it just aged out of existence and turned to rubble."

Retrieval: SCP-XXXX Was retrieved by MTF-███ from a terrorist camp following the executions of Dr. Bright. their soldiers wiped out half the taskforce using SCP-XXXX but MTF-███ eventually emerged victoriously and brought SCP-XXXX into foundation custody

Analysis: It is unknown how SCP-XXXX was created but we now know that it was utilized in several attacks against the SCP Foundation.

2 newspaper covers have also been recovered and we believe that their being left being may have been intentional.

The covers will be deemed SCP-XXXX-C and SCP-XXXX-D

This next item is dubbed SCP-XXXX-E

One broken necklace which appears to be a replica of SCP-963 was found near the SCP-XXXX recovery site and those who touched it have been reporting a voice in their head that repeats the phrases "Reset" and "Save them". The necklace was broken into 27 pieces when found and the properties of the necklace remain the same when pieced back together.

We now believe that SCP-XXXX may have arrived from the future alongside future a possible Dr. Bright to prevent some future event but it is possible that SCP-963 was perfectly recreated and bound to another user.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is to be kept in a secure cell at site 19 that is chilled to a temperature of -190 Celcius. Experiments are not advised as SCP-XXXX-1 is extremely dangerous.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a bright red colored digital wristwatch. It holds the ability to greatly accelerate time around it at a rate of several years a second. Its effects can be greatly dampened but being in a cold area which is the cause for the low temperature in SCP-XXXX-1's containment cell. It can be somewhat controlled by a person wearing it but the mental strength needed to use it effectively is considered inhuman. Even when it's being superchilled in its cell there are still occasional blips that make it very hard to contain as a result.

Notes: Although SCP-XXXX-1 isn't very useful to us in and of itself it proves that what we're looking to do can, in fact, be done.
