Special Containment Procedures:SCP-4065 is kept in Site 4065. SCP-4065 dose not move often so security can me left minimum until an event resulting in death occurs. The mouth of the cave is to be watched by 2 guards in normal circumstances and 5 while a deadly event is occurring.
Description SCP-4065 is a colossal serpent resembling Naja haje, an Egyptian Cobra, roughly the size of a two story apartment, and an undetermined length with the ability to age those near him at a controlled rate, and even decrease their age.
Since its discovery by site personnel, SCP-4065 has had its own tail in it's mouth, being named Ouroboros, by D Class. SCP-4065 remains still with barely any movement until an event involving mass amounts of civilian life occurs (Includes Terrorist attacks, Containment breaches, shootings, war, genocide, or even massive accidents).When these attacks occur, SCP-4065 tightens it's grip and slams it's body around the cave violently, yet the violence in the cave doesn't carry to the outside.
Despite the fact it's tail is in it's mouth, SCP-4065 will strike up conversation with guards or Class D, not showing any hostility towards the visitor repeating words it has heard in it's past interactions and rearranges them into new sentences.
He has shown great violence to Class D that have committed homicide or even slightly harmed anyone. SCP-4065 will shout, trying to interrogate, and obtain reasons for why then dig what they did, the angrier SCP-4065 is, the faster the subject seems to age until they are a [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-4065 was found in a cave system underneath the Egyptian Sphinx and has existed for ████ years before being found by Phi-2 ("Clever Girls")
