Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 should be kept in a standard humanoid cell, with steel reinforced walls at least 3 meters in thickness. The only entrance into the cell is through a skyward porthole, which is to be 5 meters above the base of the containment unit. SCP-XXXX-1 is a vegetarian, but as a result of its altered anatomy, caretakers are given instructions to feed it meat while it is asleep. Additionally, the object may refuse to sleep, in which case the cell is flooded with Strength-V Humanoid Sedatives. Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-2 does not need containment. It has permission to continue with its employment with The Foundation, but must live on-site in a standard researcher housing unit.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 is a human male of Chinese-Hispanic descent. At birth, it was named Jorge Sandoo. Prior to attaining anomalous status SCP-XXXX-1 was taken into custody at the █████ local prison. Foundation employees monitoring the prison were made aware² that it had knowledge of The Foundation. A background check provided them with the knowledge that SCP-XXXX-1’s brother had joined the foundation about a month prior to its conviction. It is unknown how it was aware of this, as a cover-up story was released³, claiming Researcher ██████ Sandoo was killed in a car accident on his way to work. Reportedly, SCP-XXXX-1 was stalking a member of The Foundation, and killed them in an alleyway. It was proposed to administer amnestics to the object, but it was decided by the Ethics Committee⁴ that it would instead be brought into foundation custody as a D-Class⁵.

SCP-XXXX-1 was very aggressive towards other D-Class, and also assaulted many on site personnel. It was eventually detained and held in an on-site prison. Termination requests were repeatedly denied as the object had a relative who visited regularly, and boosted both his morale and mental health.⁶. During the Foundation’s migration to The Omnisite⁷, 3 researchers were killed by SCP-XXXX-1, and an additional 2 were injured while trying to restrain it. It was then put into medically-induced coma, and kept in indefinite cryostasis until deemed necessary.

Following the test subject shortage in 2███, D-49602 was taken out of the cryostasis holding chamber⁸ to be used by Dr. █████ GGR⁹ for an experiment¹⁰.

Description of Upgrades:

Serrated steel teeth.	Subject’s teeth can now cut through most materials they came in contact with.	Subject can no longer close its mouth properly, and has a lisp.
Rewiring of some parts of the brain.	Initially unknown, but in lieu of Incident-XXXX-1A, it appears to have increased the subject’s capacity to feel emotion.	This includes, but it not limited to: anger, empathy/compassion11, sadness and excitement.
Unknown device inserted into throat.	The subject can now vocalize while eating, breathing, and/or drinking. It also seems to function as an “auto swallowing mechanism”.	SCP-212 did not alter any of the organs related to said functions. As a result, this device may require an Anomalous Object file.
Gemstones inserted into the hands and fused to subjects bones.	Four sharp studs of a hyper-resilient crystal inserted into its knuckles.	The crystalline substance was later determined to be a composite mineral constructed by SCP-212 from bone, ruby, [REDACTED], and numerous unidentifiable components.

D-49602 was then administered 1 (one) pill from SCP-500, and was immediately drawn out of cryostasis and grew irritated and angry. It was at this point that Incident-XXXX-1A occurred¹².
