Description: SCP-XXXX is a green and white striped vase with a small red button on its exterior. The vase is empty and the button does not seem to be connected to anything but the vase. Scans of the vase show no anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX does not display any anomalous properties while being left alone. Any anomalous properties SCP-XXXX is thought to have is speculated to be activated by the button on SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is also speculated to be an anomalous spy device planted by G.O.I. ██████████. On ██/██/20██, the government of [REDACTED] raided a recently abandoned warehouse¹ in ██████, after receiving an anonymous tip about an underground crime ring. There, the [REDACTED] government apprehended several criminals² and found four anomalous objects within the building. A containment team were then sent out to retrieve said anomalous objects. One of these anomalous objects was SCP-XXXX. Upon recovery, SCP-XXXX had a post-it note attached to it with the following message:

Make sure to be extra careful with this one. You press that button, and the boss getting mad will be the least of your worries. -J

Message to all staff assigned to SCP-XXXX: Due to excessive suspicion from many staff members concerning the anomalous nature of SCP-XXXX, specifically whether the object is a spy device and recording Foundation staff, or if it is not anomalous at all, a soundproof room has been added to the special containment procedures in order to alleviate paranoia.
