Description: SCP-XXXX is the group designation for three related anomalies, SCP-XXXX-A, -B, and -C, each collectively forming a telecommunications construct believed to have been designed for two-way interactions between the past and present. SCP-XXXX is located in the subantarctic island of Millard Rock and was constructed between 1972 and 1974 by unknown parties.

+ SCP-XXXX-A

SCP-XXXX-A is a subterranean light water thermal breeder reactor located in a 1.4 km-deep borehole directly beneath SCP-XXXX-B, with its reactor core positioned 430 meters below sea level. The reactor core of SCP-XXXX-A is designed to constantly produce tachyons¹, causing it to emit high concentrations of Cherenkov radiation. The nature of the inner components and topology of SCP-XXXX-A's reactor core is unknown; however, due to the concentration of corium, molecular iodine, and magnesium oxide in the surrounding water, it is believed to have originally been modeled after Generation II reactors of the time.

An elevator shaft extends from the base of SCP-XXXX-B 718 meters into the SCP-XXXX-A borehole, terminating at a circular platform. The remaining depth below the reactor core contains about 240 tonnes of radioactive waste produced by an automatic disposal unit installed in SCP-XXXX-A. During Leerraum events, sea levels will rapidly fall in Millard Rock, exposing the SCP-XXXX-A reactor core
