Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4294 is to be held in a standard anomalous animal containment room in Site-██. Cleaning and feeding is to be done twice a day by personnel with clearence above level 2.
SCP-4294 may be allowed to leave and roam Site-██ with permission of a staff member with clearence level 3 or above. If allowed, it is to be accompanied at all times to make sure it does not enter restricted areas (Administration area, SCP containment areas, etc…).
Research may only be done on SCP-4294 with approval of one (1) level 4 personnel.
Description: SCP-4294 is a male German Shepherd (Canis lupus familiaris). It is 62 Centimeters tall, and 37 Kg.
SCP-4294 appears to be Sapient. It appears to enjoy talking to personnel whenever given the opportunity, with subjects usually being talking about the outside world and/or its life in containment. SCP-4294 is capable of speaking in English, and has shown interest in attempting to learn Spanish.
SCP-4294 has never been reported to have been verbally or physically aggressive with human beings (Refer to Incident Log 1#) SCP-4294, while extremely passive and friendly, will attack anyone in self-defense/if insulted multiple times. SCP-4294 appears to attack via biting, or utilizing nearby objects to throw/hit subjects.
Incident Log 1#
On ██/██/████, D-████ escaped security personnel during transport to SCP-████ containment cell. It attempted to hide in SCP-4294's room, and it questioned the reason for D-████ entering. Startled D-████ attempted to kick SCP-4294 away several times, before SCP-4294 terminated D-████ by one bite to his throat.
Security personnel would arrive 3 minutes later, finding D-████ dead from exsanguination.
All personnel working with SCP-4294 are to be reminded that it is not to be offended/attacked, and that any such actions will result in severe punishments, as it may harm cooperative containment of the anomaly.
