Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4001 is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell. Any reasonable requests it makes are to be provided, after being aproved by a level 3 staff member. SCP-4001 may leave his containment and roam the facility if authorized by a level 3 personnel, and is to be kept under watch by said personnel. Testing with SCP-4001 is to be approved by a level 4 or above personnel.
Description: SCP-4001 is a Caucasian male named █████ ████████, of American descent.
SCP-4001 anomalous properties are the ability to move in incredibly high speeds.
The maximum 251 Kilometers per Hour. SCP-4001 claims this ability is completly voluntary, with SCP-4001 being able to walk/run at normal human speeds.
SCP-4001 does not appear to know when he got said anomalous abilities, "having them as far as I can remember".
SCP-4001 was taken to Foundation custody after attempting to compete in the 2016 Olympics. After its anomalous abilities were demonstrated, Foundation agents embedded as staff for the Olympics reported the situation. A total of ██ agents were dispatched to deal with the situation, taking SCP-4001 and mass-spreading Class A Amnestics to witnesses.
