Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX are to be kept at site 17 in a tiny and locked apartment containing a bed, a table and some chairs. The walls of the apartment should be made from 20 cm of reinforced steal because of its anomalous properties. The walls are to be monitored and repaired if damaged. SCP-XXXX are to be given books upon request to prevent escape attempts.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 20-year-old Scandinavian male standing at 1,63 meters tall, it has blue eyes and blond hair. SCP-XXXX is capable of manifesting unknown instances designated as SCP-XXXX-X.
Subject will change its mental state from docile to enraged if left alone for too long and will try to break out to find someone to talk to. To prevent this staff with clearance B and above are allowed visit SCP-XXXX. Staff are not to ask SCP-XXXX anything about WW2 because of an incident where it attacked a researcher after the researcher tried to leave in the middle of SCP-XXXX explaining how the German battleship Tirpitz was sunk.
SCP-XXXX have an IQ higher than normal and uses reason when in an argument. This makes calming SCP-XXXX more difficult because it can always counter an argument, therefore it is to be knocked unconscious by any means necessary. This is because it is known to summon knives when angry.
The items and creatures that SCP-XXXX can manifest don’t seem to be anomalous in nature but requires further testing. The items SCP-XXXX can manifest seems to be limitless but when asked to create a gun it simply responded with “No, I don’t like guns.”
Recovery log: The foundation was first made aware of SCP-XXXX after a government noted that it was strange how a hospital in a disaster area newer ran out of food or medicine. SCP-XXXX was recovered on ██/██/20██ in [REDACTED]. During initial contact SCP-XXXX got mad at the fact that someone wanted to stop it from manifesting food and medicine for the starving populous and manifested 12 dogs. The SCP was knocked out using tranquilizer darts and the dogs was shot and sent for testing. The populous was given class F amnesiacs.
Addendum-01: Staff are not allowed to ask SCP-XXXX to summon items or creatures outside from testing following the incident on the ██/██/20██.
Addendum-2: SCP-XXXX was asked to manifest a key or multiple keys to unlock 5 locks on a table. It manifested 5 keys within 20 seconds and the keys became the instances SCP-XXXX-1 to SCP-XXXX-5 the instances are to be kept in metal boxes awaiting further testing. It then unlocked the locks, therefore the lock in SCP-5027s rom should only be able to be unlocked from the outside.
Addendum-3: Following the containment breach on the ██/██/20██ the door of SCP-XXXX containment chamber should be made out of a fireproof material and 2 guards are to be posted outside the room.
