Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5413 is to be held in a room of 7 meters by 6 meters with a temperature between -20 and -30 Celsius. The walls of this room should be 9 meters tall. In the middle of SCP-5413’s cell must lay a carpet made out of lama fur. The entity uses the carpet to rest and sleep on. Among the walls of the holding cell should hang random landscape photographs from around the world. These photographs should be replaced every Monday afternoon, when SCP-5413 is sleeping. Do not disturb SCP-5413 while it’s in slumber otherwise you will be attacked by it. SCP-5413 must be fed with a proper diet purely made out of in cash money. The organism digests mostly bills and coins, but it can and will eat ██████. The feces of SCP-5413 are fairly easy to remove, but they shouldn’t come in contact with the skin otherwise you could contract deceases like the following: acne, measles and hives. The creature has a molding cycle. SCP-5413 will mold every 5 to 10 days, the old skin can be disposed of by burning it.
Description: SCP-5413 is a 7 meters tall being that is found everywhere around the world. The entity kinda resembles an iguana. SCP-5413 has two eyes that resemble the eyes of a goat. The creature walks on 4 legs but can also stand up like a bear. SCP-5413 is in length 6 to 4 meters which depends on if it has its tail or not. SCP-5413 has a scaled body with fur on top of its back. The color of the fur is neon blue or light orange, it depends on the amount of sunlight the fur has absorbed. When it’s absorbing sunlight it’s light orange but when it becomes dark then the fur becomes neon blue and lights up. SCP-5413 has a detachable tail which it can use to harm prey and even throw to harm them. SCP-5413 has teeth that resemble that of a great white shark. They are used to cut coins that it eats into pieces. The teeth can also be used as weapons but they are primarily just used for consumption of cash. SCP-5413 can run up to 60 km/h on 4 legs and on 2 it can run up to 45 km/h. Its prey are mainly humans. When SCP-5413 touches a person it will teleport it to a completely random location at a completely random time without pants. This way it can feast on the cash that is left behind by the person in his/her pants. SCP-5413 will only hunt at nighttime and is mostly in slumber during the day. When it’s awake during daytime it will mostly wander around the place it is currently at. SCP-5413 can’t randomly teleport itself, it will only randomly teleport when it has consumed a hundred dollar bill of any kind. The creature is fairly smart and will adjust to the culture of the region it has been randomly teleported to; by remembering sleeping cycles, and work cycles of people among it. Overall the creature is definitely a threatening.
Interview with a witness of SCP-5413

Interviewer: Dr. ████████
Foreword: A Texan man was found in the middle of the Amazone jungle on the second of February 2016. The man was found scared to death and half naked with a blank stare on his face. I spoke to him in a small bar in Rio de Janeiro After I gave the man something to wear, he started to speak about what happened to him.

Dr. ████████: Describe what exactly what happened to you.
Williamson: I was walking my dog Boomer at night through the woods. Then after a few minutes of walking Boomer started growling at something. Boomer usually does that when he sees a squirrel, but this was something else. I looked in the direction that my dog was so distressed about, and saw a blue light. It was kinda unnatural, something you see in the city or in the disco. Not in the middle of the woods. The blue light was coming towards us and Boomer scrambled. I tried screaming at him to come back but he was already gone. The light was about 25 meters away now so I didn’t know what to do. Then it started coming towards me, fast. 10 meters in front of me I saw this huge, and I mean huge reptile with fur colored like a disco and huge eyes. I started to run away from it but I didn’t last that long. While running from it, the “rainbow lizard” as I like to call it; threw an enormous rubbery object at me. It looked like a tail, but could have been a tree trunk if you compare the weights. I was crushed under this tail and the lizard caught up to me, and I thought I was dead. It looked me right into my eyes and began sniffing me like a goddamn dog. Then the fucking thing held it’s claw right above my face and I knew I was screwed. But the only thing it did was touch me, and before I knew it I was in this shithole; without any goddamn pants. It sounds crazy, I can’t believe it either.
Dr. ████████: So the creature attacked you, at what time did this happen?
Williamson: I believe around 11 pm. On the eighth of April 2003.
Dr. ████████: Sir, it is the second of February 2016.
Williamson: That can’t be, why should I forget what goddamn year it is?
Dr. ████████: Because you have just experienced time traveler sir.
Williamson: No, you are lying it’s 2003. You can’t make me believe this! I’m done, I’m not gonna fucking talk anymore!
Dr. ████████ (speaking in a radio): Attention, the subject is walking away. Arrest him immediately.
