Description: Post Incident 0000-██/██/78, SCP-0000 is a Type-2¹ anomalous entity. In its current form, SCP-0000 is a gelatinous mass of organic tissue, possessing 34 eyes, 12 mouths, 17 hearts and multiple unidentified organs.

Prior to Incident 0000-██/██/78, SCP-0000 was █████ ████████, a Class-IX reality bender. SCP-0000 resembled a young man of English-American heritage. SCP-0000 was 180cm in height, possessed brown hair and eyes and weighed 92kg.
