Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8563 is to be kept in a small locked container in Site B. no personnel are allowed to go within 20 feet of the object.
Description: SCP-8563 takes the appearance of a small Jack of Diamonds playing card. When any personnel are within 20 feet of the object any money or anything that could be traded for money will be stolen and brought within a 2 feet radius of the object and traded for the amount of money that object is worth. If anyone comes within the 2 feet radius and takes anything laying there a humanoid entity will emerge from the card. This entity has been designated SCP-8563-1. SCP-8563-1 will sedate and drag them into the card. SCP-8563-1 takes the form of a man in a 3 piece suit, black dress pants, and a jester hat and mask. SCP-8563-1 will sedate with a small white handkerchief it stores in its upper right pocket and will shorten limbs to fit the subject into it the card. After SCP-8563-1 enters the card, no one can enter it and SCP-8563-1 will not reemerge for upwards of 5 minutes. If no one provokes SCP-8563 and the space fills up with money, SCP-8563-1 will emerge and take all the money into the card. Attempts to get a log of what happens inside the card have never been successful.
Addendum-8563-A: D-24719124 given 5 dollars and instructed to go into the container. After SCP-8563 took D-24719124s 5 dollars, D-24719124 was instructed to retrieve the 5 dollars from SCP-8563. D-24719124 approached SCP-8563, and SCP-8563-1 emerged from the card. D-24719124 jumped and ran to the far north wall. SCP-8563-1 walked towards D-24719124, sedated him, and was carried into the card.

Notes: D-8279123 soon started wailing in pain and collapsed. D-8279123 kept in for 30 minutes, then brought in for examination. It showed D-8279123s Liver, Small and Large Intestines, Heart, Brain, Femur, Kidneys, Ribcage, both temporal bones, Spine, and Skull were gone.

SCP-8563 was recovered during testing of SCP-1162 when a D-Class convicted of robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and the murder of 13 people reached into it. When he retreated his hand from SCP-1162, he had the card in his hand but had lost seemingly nothing. Questioning of the D-Class as follows.
