Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a concrete chamber at all times. Cameras, lamps, speakers and any other metallic and/or electrically powered equipment must be suspended at least 2.5 (two and a half) meters above the floor. The containment chamber is to be vented at all times, and a signal jammer with an output of at least 40W mounted centrally on the ceiling must be permanently operational. Personnel entering the chamber must wear full-body high-voltage shielding suits, and must not carry any electronic equipment.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a model vehicle measuring exactly 690mm in length and 314mm in width, representing a miniature version of a Lamborghini Countach LP5000 Quattrovalvole. Its most notable feature is the small internal combustion engine housed within the vehicle, with its large cylinder head (measuring approximatively 42mm in diameter) extruding from the model's "trunk". The hideable "pop-up" headlights analogically act as eyes, with SCP-XXXX quickly closing and opening them every 3 to 4 seconds in a blinking manner. Object features numerous sensors concealed within its bodywork, which it uses to scan the surroundings visually and auditively. SCP-XXXX has also been reported to "communicate" using square wave tones produced by a buzzer.
Most of the time, SCP-XXXX moves about using an electric motor, and will wander aimlessly in its containment chamber, sometimes briefly stopping and "staring" at the gate. [] Research is trying to determine if SCP-XXXX is sentient or not.
Details related to its drivetrain, engine or electronics are as of yet unknown, although it is reported to constantly attempt to send and obtain GPS data. Who, or what, is SCP-XXXX trying to communicate with is unknown. Analysis of exhaust gases indicate the engine may use an alcohol as its fuel, although how or where it stores it is unknown, given it has never run out of it.
Addendum #1: Technician [REDACTED] claims SCP-XXXX's engine to be a "2-stroke", judging as such by its engine's high pitch.
Addendum #2: SCP-XXXX appears to have no hostile reaction towards drones or other such manned robots, and as such testing should only be done using these.
