Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-UUUU is to be held at the ceiling of a cylindrical concrete room, 10 meters in diameter and 7 meters in length with at least 20 centimeter thick concrete walls, entrance to the room is done through an airlock situated at the bottom of the room. Monthly inspections to the airlock and chamber are to be carried out to ensure no damage has been inflicted by SCP-UUUU. The room may be pressurized to a maximum of 0.5 atmospheres, any higher must be approved by at least one level 3 personnel.

SCP-UUUU is now rooted in by cement on a 4x1x1 meter concrete pillar. This pillar is embedded inside a spherical vacuum chamber composed of reinforced steel. The vacuum chamber has 3 layers, each 15 centimeters thick, with 2 meters of clearance between each layer. The innermost layer is 10 meters in diameter, the middle layer is 12 meters in diameter, and so on. Each individual layer has pressure control systems and sensory equipment completely independent from each other. Layers are supported by 6 steel supports, 2 for both sides of the sphere on the X, Y, and Z axis. All layers and the interior of the chamber are to remain a vacuum, changes in pressure to any layer or degradation of the layers themselves are to be immediately reported to the on site administrator. The entire structure is situated 1 kilometer below Armed Reliquary and Containment Area-02.
Description: SCP-UUUU is an extremely complex mechanical structure most closely resembling a fan or wind turbine, but this comparison is very loose. SCP-UUUU—including its blades—is approximately 5.5 meters in diameter and composed entirely out of aluminum and brass. The central body of SCP-UUUU (which takes a cylindrical shape) is an extremely complex series of gears, rotors, and pistons. Gears are most notable, ranging from up to 16 centimeters down to only 3 millimeters in diameter. the structure has seven (7) blades, each around 2.4 meters in length and 20 centimeters in width. Along the length of each blade, there are three (3) evenly spaced structures similar to that of the original large turbine, but proportionally smaller. Along the blades of these proportionally smaller turbines, the pattern continues. It is estimated that there are at least █████ turbines on SCP-UUUU, giving the subject, though only 5.5 meters in diameter, a surface area of █ kilometers. A sequence of three (3) letters from the Greek alphabet have been observed lightly carved onto every visible component of the structure. The sequence is seemingly random, but could function as labels for each component. SCP-UUUU has been confirmed to be sentient, however, subject's intelligence is still unknown and the intelligence of SCP-UUUU is on the exact level of a human. As of Experiment UUUU-B, SCP-UUUU can communicate through Morse code (See Interview UUUU-01).
SCP-UUUU can rotate all of its turbines (be it separately or in unison with each other) without any visible power source. Presumably due to the sheer amount of turbines and surface area, SCP-UUUU possesses the ability to manipulate any object on a microscopic level (whether it be solid, liquid, or gas) with the wind it generates from the rotation of its turbines. This allows it to essentially "pick up" objects with the air surrounding it. Subject also demonstrates the ability to generate wind speeds of—theoretically—unlimited velocity, only physically limited by the amount of gas in the Earth's atmosphere.
SCP-UUUU, despite not having any visible sensory devices. Can "see" anything around it, demonstrating this when picking up objects. This is accomplished by SCP-UUUU by entirely unknown means. Subject has has also responded to sound stimuli, showing reaction to sudden loud sounds by rapidly rotating and ceasing rotation immediately after.
At random, SCP-UUUU will rotate its turbines at varying speeds for periods recorded anywhere from ten (10) seconds to six (6) hours. Despite construction material of aluminum and brass, SCP-UUUU shows no signs of degradation or stress when under sessions of intense rotational velocity. Subject is currently indestructible by non-anomalous means. The maximum speed of SCP-UUUU's turbines, while not yet exactly known, is believed to be around 1200 RPM The current limit to how fast SCP-UUUU can rotate its blades is currently unknown, its highest speed was recorded on ██/██/2018 at [DATA EXPUNGED] RPM (only two (2) days after it was relocated to its current containment chamber). This rotational velocity would have most likely caused wind speeds to reach mach ████ had it been in a pressurized environment. It was calculated that impacts by the sudden change in wind speed would have caused immediate death by blunt force to all personnel within a twenty (20) kilometer radius, and the immediate atmosphere within a ten (10) kilometer radius to [DATA EXPUNGED].
SCP-UUUU was believed to be constructed anywhere from about 500 to 3000 years ago. Carbon dating shows that subject was possibly constructed around the same time as [DATA REDACTED].
SCP-UUUU was reclassified as Keter following Incident-UUUU-1 on 12/03/2017.
Addendum UUUU-01: Recovery
SCP-UUUU was discovered █ kilometers outside of ██████, Greece, after a "giant ceiling fan that had dozens of increasingly smaller ceiling fans on it" was reported in a recently formed sinkhole. Foundation agents retrieved SCP-UUUU without incident. Class A amnestics were administered to the appropriate individuals.
Addendum UUUU-02: Notable Experiment Logs
Experiment UUUU-A ██/██/2017
Subject: SCP-UUUU
Test Reason: During construction of the airlock to its chamber, subject became active and began lifting a handheld welder that had been left on the ground underneath it. No personnel were harmed during the event.
Procedure: Four (4) hollow different shapes made out of welded aluminum (all weighing roughly one (1) kilogram) were placed on the floor of SCP-UUUU's containment chamber. Shapes included a cube, a sphere, a triangular pyramid, and a cylinder.

02:11: SCP-UUUU begins emitting a series of mechanical clicking noises from its central body. Reason for this clicking is unknown.
02:31: The mechanical clicks stop.
02:38: SCP-UUUU's turbines begin to rotate counterclockwise, reaching an RPM of ███. Monitoring equipment placed in the room noted that smaller turbines were making slight adjustments in rotation speed.
02:47: All aluminum shapes begin to slowly be lifted by SCP-UUUU, which rearranges all of the shapes in the air simultaneously.
02:55: SCP-UUUU begins to lower all the aluminum shapes except for the sphere. Monitoring equipment detected that the way SCP-UUUU was keeping the sphere in the air while lowering the other shapes was by rapidly increasing and decreasing the rotation speed of its smaller turbines as they passed over the sphere.
03:03: SCP-UUUU lowers the cube, cylinder, and triangular pyramid on top of each other, forming a tower. The cube is placed at the bottom, cylinder in the middle, and triangular pyramid on the top.
03:06: Rapid fluctuations in SCP-UUUU's smaller turbines cause the sphere still currently hovering in the air to be flung towards the tower, knocking it over.
03:09: Subject begins to slow rotation and comes to a complete stop, all aluminum shapes cease movement.

Experiment UUUU-B ██/██/2017
Subject: SCP-UUUU
Test Reason: After Experiment UUUU-A, Dr. ████ became interested in discovering the full capabilities of SCP-UUUU. Dr. ████ hypothesized that it would be possible for SCP-UUUU to communicate if given a method of doing so.
Procedure: A chart depicting Morse code with a translation to English was placed in SCP-UUUU's containment chamber. The chart had written instructions on how to use Morse code, and contained punctuation marks.

00:34: SCP-UUUU begins to emit mechanical clicks in a similar fashion to Experiment UUUU-A. It is of note that SCP-UUUU began showing activity much sooner than the first experiment.
00:44: Subject begins to rotate counterclockwise, reaching an RPM of ███ at an alarming rate of only three (3) seconds, behavior of smaller turbines is noted to be similar to that of the first experiment.
00:48: The chart is lifted up until it reaches about a meter away from SCP-UUUU's main body until it begins hovering in place. It can be assumed here that it is "reading" the chart.
01:12: SCP-UUUU immediately kills all rotations and the chart falls to the floor of the containment chamber.
01:17: Subject begins to emit Morse code in the mechanical clicks observed previously. (See Interview UUUU-01).

Addendum UUUU-03: Audio Interview

Interviewer: Dr. █████
Interviewed: SCP-UUUU
Foreword: This interview transpired immediately after Experiment-UUUU-B. Due to the fact that SCP-UUUU "spoke" in Morse code, there is an audio translation within the log. It was also noted that despite communicating in Morse code, subject did not attempt to intentionally shorten its messages to save time, and instead communicated as if it was actually speaking.

SCP-UUUU: Greetings, I hope I can now be understood.
Dr. █████: Hello, this is Dr. █████, I can understand you just fine. If its okay with you, I'd like to ask a few questions.
SCP-UUUU does not respond for several seconds.
SCP-UUUU: If you tell me where I am, I will tell you were I am from.
Dr. █████: You're currently underground, in Site-██, located in [DATA REDACTED].
SCP-UUUU: This country is one I am familiar with. Because you answered my question, I will answer yours.
Dr. █████: Excellent, I'd like to know when you were built.
Again, subject does not respond for several more seconds.
SCP-UUUU: I do not know my age, but I remember when lights were not made out of lightning but with fire, and wars were fought not with guns but with metal, if this helps you at all. Those times were much simpler than now, it seems.
Dr.█████: That means you're considerably older than we first believed. Who created you?
SCP-UUUU: A man who had a lot of time on his hands. I was one of many of his creations. He never gave me his name, else I would say. He gave me the gift of life without death, but he did not give it to himself. He died many, many years ago.
Dr. █████: I see, perhaps you can tell me your earliest memories. It might help me figure out exactly how old you are, or why you were built.
SCP-UUUU: I was constructed to entertain the son of my creator. My earliest memories were over his bed when he was only an infant. Back then I was much smaller, I remember how his eyes glowed with wonder whenever I moved. It made me very happy. I miss those times.
Dr. █████: You were smaller then? Can you elaborate?
SCP-UUUU: I am as old as my creator's son, my creator built more of me as his son grew older. Soon I was as large as I am now, but I did not grow larger, because his son did not grow older.
Dr. █████: So what happened to you after your creator died?
SCP-UUUU: Nothing at first, until people found me in his home, they took me away, for they thought nothing of me but a fancy contraption. They buried me deep in the Earth alongside my creator, where I resided for perhaps hundreds of years.
Dr. █████: Why didn't you try to escape?
SCP-UUUU: I was not aware of my full capabilities at the time. Once I realized that I was only limited by my thoughts, I moved the ground that was around me away. Now I can no longer be forced to stay anywhere.
Dr. █████ remains silent for about half a minute after receiving the decoded message.
Dr. █████: So you're saying that you can just… break free of this chamber you're in?
SCP-UUUU: Yes, my creator gave me the power to move anything I wish with nothing but the air.
Dr. █████: Do you wish to destroy this chamber?
SCP-UUUU: I see no reason to, is this a prison?
Dr. █████: In a sense, yes, but it is to keep you protected from those who wish to use you for their own gain.
SCP-UUUU does not make any further attempts to communicate.

Addendum UUUU-04: Incident-UUUU-1
On ██/██/2017, SCP-UUUU caused total structural failure to everything in Site-██ within 50 meters of its containment chamber. This lead to the deaths of ██ on site personnel and total destruction of its original containment chamber. Shortly after, subject became "inactive" for a period of two (2) days. During this time, SCP-UUUU's current containment chamber was constructed and subject relocated to Armed Reliquary and Containment Area-02. SCP-UUUU had been repeating "let me out" in Morse code every 20 seconds for 8 minutes prior to incident. Dr. █████ claimed responsibility for the incident because of Interview UUUU-01, but he was not blamed.
