Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked box of dimensions 2x2x2 feet. Personnel may only use SCP-XXXX with permission from Dr. ███████, Dr. █████, or council members. Anyone attempting to use SCP-XXXX must be supervised by either Dr. ███████ or Dr. █████. Currently, SCP-XXXX-1 cannot be contained.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a piece of ruled paper.

Anything written on SCP-XXXX will "become true", usually in less than 12 hours. After this has happened, all text written on SCP-XXXX will disappear. Do note that anything written on SCP-XXXX must be done in one sitting; anything written afterwards will be ignored by SCP-XXXX, not affecting the outcome. Additionally, anything written on the back side of SCP-XXXX will also be ignored.

It is hypothesized that SCP-XXXX can be destroyed. However, any minor damage disappears within 24 hours. There has yet to be an explanation for this property.

Every time the same person uses SCP-XXXX, the result becomes more and more "corrupt". When the same person uses SCP-XXXX for a fourth time, they are instead killed by SCP-XXXX-1 within 24 hours. Additionally, if the same thing is written on SCP-XXXX twice, then both people who wrote it will be killed by SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 will not appear if the person is being watched or recorded (this can be an exception to the "within 24 hours" rule).

Although SCP-XXXX-1 cannot be seen except by the user, it can be heard. Audio recordings of victims typically involve loud screeching (presumably made by SCP-XXXX-1) along with the victim shouting for help. This usually lasts for less than 30 seconds before the victim disappears completely. If either are looked at during this time, they will both disappear.

It seems as if SCP-XXXX has been used extensively before the Foundation could acquire it. For this reason, SCP-XXXX cannot be used for personal needs. Dr. ███████ and Dr. █████ are currently assigned to SCP-XXXX to prevent misuse of it.

List of things ignored by SCP-XXXX

Anything not written in one sitting (everything written afterwards is simply ignored).
Anything written on the back (the holes should be on the left).
Anything written in a different language from modern English.
Anything not written with a pencil.
Gibberish.
Certain writing styles (e.g. cursive)³
Anything not written between the lines of SCP-XXXX (the header doesn't count).
Anything written upside down⁴.
