Special Containment Procedures: There is no known way of containing or preventing this anomaly's manifestation yet as it is still not known where it comes and how it leaves the target area. All eye witness never seem to see the anomalies entry or exit from an area only that it simply was there for some time then gone. Any attempts to track the anomaly's next site of manifestation has proven to be all but impossible to figure out as it seems to not be limited to an area.
Description : SCP-???? or the "Hatted-Magic-Man" is best depicted as a smiling thin yet abnormally tall humanoid figure. It has always been described as seen in a nice striped black and purple suit and wearing a tall top hat which covers 2/3's of it's face leaving it's grinning pointed shark toothed mouth visible. (Note): This description has stayed constant for all reported instances of the anomaly showing up. Persons whom interacted with the entity during points of manifestation including children reported it to have a raspy voice almost as if it always seemed to have a dry throat. Many at the events tend to be wary of the anomaly at first given it's outward appearance but seemed to slowly lose the feeling as it seems to be kind and respectful to others. All records of it's appearance show it seem to only manifest during parties or events were a magician or other entertainer was hired. The subsequent original person hired as an entertainer always can be found deceased in a twisted and contorted fashion as if they were nothing more than a doll in the anomaly's hands. (Amendom1) Then the anomaly will attend the event the original entertainer was to perform for acting as if it was the hired entertainer. From the reports it is not really questioned that the anomaly seems to be reasonably good at magic tricks but to be a master at them.
