SCP-5000

Item #: SCP 5000

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: Subject must be contained in Humanoid containment Chamber #2443 at all times with guards equipped with gas masks standing at the entrance. The room itself is decorated to fit a generic adolescent boy with a bed, an airtight rubber-sealed door, and a fitted modern ventilation system to allow fresh air into the cell of the subject, which must be kept at the top working condition at all times. Walls must be cleaned thoroughly daily by cleaners wearing hazmat suits due to the heavy build-up of Pollenation. Any personnel who enter the cell must be decontaminated as to not spread the pollen.

Description: SCP 5000 is a male adolescent 11 years of age from a rural town in Germany, █████ with medium length brown hair and pale skin.
The entity is 1.7m in height and 57kg in weight which would be classed as clinically underweight by a fraction for its age and height. Although the subject claims to have not known about the origin of its anomalous traits and when they first emerged, several incidents are being investigated.

SCP-5000's skin disperses a near-microscopic substance which has considerable similarity to Pollen. Once this pollen exits SCP-5000's skin it begins to pollenate the local flora of the surrounding area carrying it airborne for up to a 2-mile radius from SCP-5000's location. Upon closer inspection, the pollen grain consists of three cells which are tricellular pollen but their DNA does not resemble that of any known plant-based pollination. Once a flower is affected by this pollen it begins to change its seeding cycle resulting in the alteration of the flower's genome as a whole allowing it to grow much faster and in almost any condition. In addition, the local area of █████'s bee population has been affected causing them to change flight paths and relocate hives. Within two miles of SCP-5000's former residency, 76 Beehives were located and destroyed. 23 deaths were caused by Beestings in █████ over the past ██ years.

In conjunction with SCP-5000's abnormal traits, it often refers to its dreams of which the subject talks about them being lifelike which when described match that of Lucid dreaming, whilst subject sleeps it is monitored and nothing anomalous occurs. The subject speaks about dreaming of the same "world" every night in which the sky has "flying around buildings", large mushroom-like structures, the sky darkened with clouds of bugs, men with "too many eyes" and green skin who refer to the subject as "Herald" or "Saviour". The subject speaks highly of dreams claiming it feels safe there and how it enjoys the food they make it.

Interview Log-5000-Alpha

Interviewed
Foreword: Dr. Shaw lead senior researcher assigned to SCP-5000.

Interviewer: Dr. Shaw (Conducted in German)

Dr. Shaw: Hello, ██████. Are you enjoying your new accommodation?

SCP-5000: Why do I have to be locked up?

Dr. Shaw: Well so we can protect you from harm, of course. I'd like to talk about the dreams you've been having.

[Neither Dr. Shaw or SCP-5000 speak for around 17 seconds]

Dr. Shaw: I apologize if you have trouble hearing me with this mask on.

SCP-5000: They're not dreams. I get to visit them at night until we can find a way for me to go there myself.

Dr. Shaw: Who do you visit?
SCP-5000: My people, they tell me my presence makes them grow stronger.

Dr. Shaw: Like the flowers or bees?

SCP-5000: That's just the start of what they've asked of me.

interviewed

Interviewer: Dr. Shaw (Conducted in German)

Dr. Shaw: Good morning ██████, I've brought you some food. [Dr. Shaw places a plastic tray with sausage, eggs, and bacon allocated into separate sections along with a plastic container of Cherry Jello] Did you dream about anything again?

SCP-5000: [Smiles faintly and proceeds to reluctantly eat in front of Dr. Shaw] It is not dreaming. We had a feast made of [Indecipherable]. And I climbed the highest Mushroom.

Dr. Shaw: A mushroom? [Chuckles] What do you call your world, ██████?

SCP-5000: It's not my world. I'm just their savior and I'm going to bring them here.

Dr. Shaw: Okay, well who are "They" again?

SCP-5000: They have a lot of eyes, some look like bug people some look like us and they wear big red hats and ride giant insects.

Dr. Shaw: Where is it you go? What do they call it?

SCP-5000: Mycelia is what the call it and it's far away from here, there are no machines and everyone works together there. Not like here.

Dr. Shaw: That should be all today. [SCP-5000 continues eating alone as Dr. Shaw leaves the room]

Addendum-5000-ETA When documenting SCP-5000's sleeping state almost no brain activity was recorded, aside from the activity that allocates motor function and breathing.
