Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be, collectively, contained in a water-proof and water tight sealed container of no less than 40L at all times, unless extracts have been taken for testing thereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, authorized by personally with clearance over level 3. The subsequent container holding SCP-XXXX must be inserted into the ground at a depth which exceeds the current volumetric height of SCP-XXXX. Weekly inspections of the container, room containing said container and all anti-hazard transportation suits must be conducted to check for any wearing down of surfaces or leaks.

Any and all personal who transport any instances of SCP-XXXX must wear completely water-proof anti-hazard suits to avoid any accidentally spillages.

If a containment breach of any instances of SCP-XXXX occurs, all currently residing personnel must dress in the approved anti-hazard suits suits before attempting re-containment.

Description: SCP-XXXX is approximately 30L of water. There is no distinguishable chemical or atomic difference between instances of SCP-XXXX and non-anomalous water, save any outside contaminants found in the control examples. However, when in contact with non water-proof material which may include all biological substances and materials which exert an absorbing property, SCP-XXXX exerts and incalculable amount of friction between the surface of the object and it's own surface.

The friction exerted between SCP-XXXX and all surfaces affected by it's anomalous properties has been found to completely immobilize any objects or organisms regardless of the amount of SCP-XXXX present and the mass of the object.
