Pokémon Sword and Shield have released. My son, Daniel plays it a lot and talks about how he picked Scorbunny, the blazing bunny as his starter. He's on the 3rd gym as of this date. He's going through the game quickly. His Scorbunny has also evolved into Raboot, and he's going through everything with ease.

December 22nd, 2019

Daniel has beaten the game and is about to go into PvP. A couple hours have passed and he's saying that his teeth, more specifically his upper two front teeth are aching. I scheduled an appointment for the dentist tomorrow. I hope that this predicament has something to do with a cavity.

December 23rd, 2019

We just got home from the dentist and Daniel has started to grow a white hair on his body. I was wondering what was going on. He's excited but I have no reason why, so I promptly asked him the question. He said he was turning into a Scorbunny! I immediately debunked it, explaining that it was a hair losing it's pigment from stress. He said that a Cinderace and Raboot, Scorbunny's evolutions visited him last night and made him one of them, although they said that it would take time for the transformation to finish. I knew if I put a video camera, covered up the light red light and hid it in a place where they wouldn't see it, I'd be able to find the truth.

Christmas Eve, 2019

The day of truth has arrived. I looked at the spot where the camera was and it was dead. Just as I planned. I got the camera and went to the charger was. I moved the video to my laptop and opened it. There was nothing. It seemed like it was nothing was there… I was about to tell my sun when i heard a noise from the laptop. It sounded like a Pokémon cry, but I didn't know it. Coincidently, my son woke up and walked over to me. I asked him what Pokémon it was, and as soon as he heard it, he got a smile on his face. He told me it was Cinderace. He then asked me what I was doing with the camera. I explained what I was doing and he pointed at what seemed to be a shadow of two bunnies. one has it's ears back, the other shadow's ears were straight up. My heart stopped.
