Description: Scp XXXX is a standard black VHS tape* in a black video box with a portrait picture of subject XXXX with the title "12 steps to success", on the side of the box is the same title and the added part 1 of 3. As of this date, the foundation has not been able to local parts 2 or 3 but there are believe to be destroyed during the incident - XXXX. The video footage contained on SCP XXXX opens as a typical self-help/get rich quick seminar from the early 1990s. It is presented by subject XXXX, a businesswoman, aged xxx, dressed in a well-made suit and standing on a large presentation stage at what is determined to be location XXXX, the subjects mansion located in Cape Town South Africa. The stage is set up with cost a complex light and sound setup and from the video, it can be gathered multiple recording angles are used. There is an audience of about 150 and as of this document now, none have been found to displace any anomalies properties. The presentation seems to be a fairly generic seminar through steps 1 to 3 but step 4 goes in-depth about how important a proper night's sleep is and techniques to better improve sleep in later steps. Scp XXXX is exactly 12 mins and 12 seconds long and if watched in full by a humanoid such humanoid becomes an instance of SCP XXXX 02. When instances of SCP XXXX 02 fall asleep, time stops flowing for them and they are able to get a full night's to sleep without the real-world time costs.
