Special Containment Procedures: The required steps must be taken, the subject in question must be shocked by the collar around its neck. Every night at 2300 must check the subject's room and collar for any unauthorized changes. SCP-XXXX must be monitored when entering the room; any signs of aggression and the sedation trap him will be triggered.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid male that's 2.4 meters tall with blue eyes and blonde hair with a warped image of the foundation's symbol on its right arm. Has the ability to transmute anything it comes into contact with, however, the subject in question must willingly and focus its efforts into doing so.
Discovery: SCP-XXXX has discovered in eastern Washington with the area warping and twisted landscape and explosives going off every 3 meters. SCP-XXXX was found dozing off in the middle of the area.

The following interview was conducted by DR. Harry Hunter IV during the initial investigation.
Interviewer: DR. Harry Hunter IV

SCP-XXXX: Fuck you
DR. Hunter: Calm down now, if you can make this easy on us we can make this easier on you
SCP-XXXX: Oh you'll make this easy alright
DR. Hunter: Good, my name is-
SCP-XXXX: DR. Harry Hunter IV
DR. Hunter: Yes… that's right, how did you…
SCP-XXXX: Any info I can't reveal I'm sent back through a time loop by my higher-ups, any info I can reveal I'm allowed forward.
DR. Hunter: They're here with us?
SCP-XXXX: (sigh) of course not you moron. It's an anomalous effect applied to my person, you literally can't get certain information out of me.
DR. Hunter: Who do you work for?
SCP-XXXX: The SCH
DR. Hunter: The SCH? Could you explain?
SCP-XXXX: The SCH, secure, contain, and hide. A little different than your foundation. They're not evil scum bags.
DR. Hunter: How so? We are doing the greater-
SCP-XXXX: (shouts) don't feed me that bullshit! I put my life out there to hide and protect those you want to put into cages!
DR. Hunter: please calm down SCP-XXXX, what does this organization do?
SCP-XXXX: Well if you're too dumb to put it together, they find the anomalous entities and help them hide in plain sight. We help them live normal lives.
DR. Hunter: Don't you think what the SCH is doing is a little reckless?
SCP-XXXX: I would rather die for a billion and see a billion free than see a billion people put into cages. Let me ask you a question, don't you think it's a bit strange how some of your soldiers seem to be a little too good at their job? Some of them not as effected by anomalous effects?
DR. Hunter: It's not in my place to question this even if it's true. So long as the public does not know and as long as they're safe it does not matter.
SCP-XXXX: How about they test your wife real quick for any anomalous effects? Let's see if they find anything!
DR. Hunter: What role do you serve at this foundation?
SCP-XXXX: I'm an inventor, may I demonstrate?
DR. Hunter: Well let's see.
SCP-XXXX: See, an inventor.
DR. Hunter: What is it?
SCP-XXXX: It's what I was working on. A little girl… when she screams she causes the air to explode around her. I was getting this perfected so her mother could keep her out and about in the public but no you fuckers had to lock me up!
DR. Hunter: You were drawing attention towards yourself. We had to act.
SCP-XXXX: Well thanks to your dumbass organization that little girl is going to kill a lot of people today!
DR. Hunter: You could help the organization-
SCP-XXXX: help with what? Kill more daughters! Help lock more people up!
DR. Hunter: We can help more people. Are you willing to work with the organization?
SCP-XXXX: I will never help the greater good! As soon as my employer sends the squad in you'll be sorry for not releasing me!
DR. Hunter: Do you have a daughter?
SCP-XXXX: I'll give you a hint. When did a certain humanoid creature run across and tear open a certain van?
DR. Hunter: I'm sorry for your loss. The person in question has been punished. We want less of that.
SCP-XXXX: No if that were true, you would let my kind live in peace. How many of your colleges are hiding powers or abilities you have yet to release? Would you pass them off to the Gestapo? How about your daughter-
DR. Hunter: This interview is over.
SCP-XXXX: Your daughter's
DR. Hunter: I said it's over! Shut up! Stop talking! Just shut up! Get me out of here!
SCP-XXXX: (whispers) able to control fire.

Interviewer assistant's note: The interviewer ran off in a hurry with sweat running down his body and pulling his phone out. I don't know if that entity caused a flight or fight reaction in him or what but there are some things I noticed during the interview. The entity in question was not set in place when speaking, not teleporting but multiple spots in a given area but not multiple copies just the wrapped feeling of the room in general with the color change, subtle differences taking shape like the words not syncing up with his lip movements right.
That during the interview, I felt as if my mind was slowly coming apart. This ability hasn't been displayed until now and it doesn't feel as if reality was being warped, just looped but different somehow. The creature wasn't entirely speaking from its mouth and the audio equipment volume on the left and right side wasn't adjusting correctly.
This may require further investigation but none of the equipment looks tampered with.
Addendum XXXX0.1 - Observation Log
Harry Hunter was later found dead with a gunshot wound in the skull of his wife, the daughter, and Harry Hunter.
At this time SCP-XXXX was found laughing with him leaning against the far end wall of the cell smiling at the security camera. At this time additional interviews have been considered with SCP-XXXX if he could reveal more information at the time.
The information we gathered leads to SCP-XXXX possibly being correct on the given information at hand. At this time we don't know how many others at the organization he has information on.
Addendum XXXX0.2 - Observation Log
SCP-XXXX was found crying when later questioned he told us to, "turn on the news you fucking idiots" in doing so we found on the news that a building had exploded. SCP-XXXX was found crying and whispering in the corner, "I'm sorry". Even during the collar check during this time, found that there was no damage done to the collar.
Addendum XXXX0.3 - Obersavation Log
SCP-XXXX was requested to, "make a support for the heart that could grow with the subject" SCP-XXXX was flipping off the person until he saw the necklace and slowly let down his middle finger as he gave a warm smile to the man and nodded. When the said device was created was immediately tested on D-Class XXX.
The device in question collapsed in on the test subject's chest and crushed the surrounding area. When questioned SCP-XXXX replied, "look I'm not magic, it's not like I get anything right on the first try. I'm not like your other prisoners here, I'm still human. That's why you test this stuff out before you have human testing it out! For fuck's sake run some test on it, you don't even need a human to do so. Sure as hell a lot cheaper too and ethical!"
Addendum XXXX0.4 - Obersavation Log
SCP-XXXX after the going through 5,967 failed attempts finally made a proper working device that grows in size as the person in question does as well. SCP-XXXX eyes are bloodshot, look as if he barely slept in days along with not having touched any meals sent into him but has a large warm grin on his face.
Addendum XXXX0.5 - Obersavation Log
SCP-XXXX was granted access to low-level science equipment to use with guards at the ready. If he tries anything. Researchers suggested that if we could slowly indoctrinate him we could get him to be on our side. Have him become another member of the team.
SCP-XXXX requested a chocolate bar, apples, and sugar. All requests were granted. What SCP-XXXX did with those; well he broke down the matter of all three objects into three separate test tubes and grinned as he smelled them. The leftover residue samples reveal that it was ethanol.
Addendum XXXX0.6 - Obersavation Log
An explosion happened in SCP-XXXX cell and the cause of the explosion is unknown but the damage looks as if it had not been performed by SCP-XXXX at this time. The camera still recording SCP-XXXX shows the entity popping in and out of existence as his body slowly pieces back together with his body never being in the same place.
The reality being pulled and twisted around his body as he slowly takes shape with the parts of his body in question being pulled from the surrounding area with the collar going off still, the collar was turned off during this incident as SCP-XXXX was allowed to properly pull itself back together, the jumping of the reality and twisting of the room slowed down and shows his body not regenerating but pulled back to a different state as if it's being reversed for its damage along with the change of where the rubble was last seen. The color of the room changing as well.
When questioned about this SCP-XXXX shrugs at this only saying, "look I don't even know what the hell happen right there."
Addendum XXXX0.7 - Obersavation Log
The head researcher on the project had asked SCP-XXXX to show us all the inventions he's made. When going through the items and creating them within the room that SCP-XXXX mentions that, "some of these items won't fit in this room" when brought to a bigger area to show us the given type of items he's invented. The following list is shown and named off by SCP-XXXX;

4. bio-electricity shock absorber
5. absorption ability suppressor
6. quantum holder
7. metal to flesh converter tool
8. A counterweight
9. scale to flesh converter
10. cat reality warp suppressor
After the 10 other instances of SCP-XXXX-10 were created SCP-XXXX was seen sweating, heavily breathing, stumbling backward holding his head, and promptly passed out. No reality wrapping effects happen at the time and rushed into the medical room when examining his body to find no physical damage, only that his heart was pumping at 320 bpm. When examining the body they found a second heart in his chest as well and an additional set of lungs.
At this time the SCP-XXXX-1 through 10 were collected and some of them promptly tested some of the instances of SCP-XXXX. When doing so found that most of them hadn't worked. When SCP-XXXX woke up and to explain this SCP-XXXX tells them, "well like I said not getting right on the first try and created for specific instances of anomalous objects. I mean look, do you think all these anomalous properties break the rules the same way as one another? Hell, do you think my gifts work the same way as other anomalous creatures in here?"
Addendum XXXX0.8 - Obersavation Log
SCP-XXXX pulled out an instance of SCP-XXXX-12 that he starts to read. One of the other researchers in the lab request for a copy and is promptly given one. When given to the foundation to read to find it's similar to holy books people would read. When the fellow researcher asked about the book, SCP-XXXX happily went on about his religion and how almost everyone at the SCH worships the "mother of gifts" when going through the book to find it's mentioning of the mother of gifts. When trying to record the book by a recording device, SCP-XXXX-12 looks blank, however, SCP-XXXX helps with that creating an instance of SCP-XXXX-13 over the lens making it viewable to the camera.
The book mentions those who would desire to capture, to destroy, and to reshape those who were given gifts. She teaches that every life walk of life should be given her gift, every walk of life should not be bound to the rules of man. That they all were destined to become something more. She will share her gift with every walk of life no matter how big or small.
SCP-XXXX mumbles, "mother oh my mother please carry us into your sweet night so that they all can see the light."
The book when accidentally had coffee spilled on a small spot on the pages that the stains vanished and the coffee popped back into his cup as if the pages were never made wet and the book was set in multiple positions at once and slightly changed for the color of the room.
The clock in the room being further back in time by three minutes while all the other clocks are ahead, even the researcher's phone shows the time being back by three minutes but then it's corrected ahead by four minutes.
Addendum XXXX0.9 - Obersavation Log
SCP-XXXX panics before the explosion even hits and an experimental security team the Heavy Foots sent in. SCP-XXXX begging, "please hand me a weapon! I can help! I can assist with this problem! They're going to kill your men if I don't!" SCP-XXXX is on his knees and one of the researchers let him out and shows him to the armory. SCP-XXXX sighs as he prepares SCP-XXXX-13 with the rifle changing in its form with its shape now completely different from what it used to be.
SCP-XXXX tells the researcher, "don't let them get to the on-site explosive" not even questioning this as he charges in to assist.
All the while this is going on the Heavy Foots are slowly being taken out by entities that don't seem phased by the weapons and watch as normal bullets pass through them, anti-matter weaponry however does hit them.
None of them notice as SCP-XXXX takes a shot at one of the entities in question. The creature's body completely disappears. SCP-XXXX shouts, "don't let them die! If they do they're going to flood the place!" SCP-XXXX points to one of the bodies that are expanding in size and in volume. SCP-XXXX shoots the expanding body of the creature and it falls to the ground. That after the second usage the weapon shatters. SCP-XXXX quickly turns the weapons in their hands into instances of SCP-XXXX-13. He promptly returns to his cell.
When later questioned about this; SCP-XXXX explains, "look when you have an organization as big as the SCH you have some powerful enemies. You see the SCH isn't just on earth, we expand across the universe. The Law Brothers organization's goal is to return the world to normal. They plan to, "fix" the world by destroying the possibility of new laws of reality from existing and to make sure the existing laws cannot be broken. They think you can fix the world by killing or turning, "normal" certain things in this world.
