Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, only a basic, 15 meters tall brick wall is required around the area of SCP-XXXX with automatic gates opened and closed by a moisture-sensor. SCP-XXXX is to be observed through remote cameras at all time.

Description: SCP-XXXX consists of two roadways 2 kilometers in length in [REDACTED], California. The roadways don't show any anomalous properties if the weather is clear, however, massive bipedal entities (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) can be observed while it's raining.

SCP-XXXX-1 appear to be approximately 6 meter tall digitigrade entities with black skin. Over 75% of SCP-XXXX-1 have been observed without arms or front limbs. SCP-XXXX-1 seem to phase through anything they come in contact with, thus SCP-XXXX-1 are deemed harmless. If an observer comes in close proximity of SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX-1 will turn nearly invisible until the observers get farther away.

Anyone who had come in contact with instances of SCP-XXXX-1 had been administered Class-C amnestics.
