SCP-4033, formerly considering itself "Charr", is a rectangular prism standing at 198 cm (78 in.) and sustaining a width of 121 cm. (48 in.), and weighing in at 22 kg (50 lbs.). The prism is made of a material of bark charred down to dust and compressed into the material that can be visible to all personnel. SCP-4033 has been to reform itself into other entities that it has seen, as shown by becoming *REDACTED*, Class-D personnel, and guards that it has witnessed. SCP-4033 will not speak unless a Personnel of Level 4 or higher is shown via cable network video chat, cable network audio chat, in person, or if personnel is broadcasting the interrogations or interactions. It is unknown how it senses that it is being watched by higher level researchers, nor how it knows it is not being recorded.

SCP-4033 has hyper adaptive combat learning, capable of learning techniques and weapon recoil via video, witnessing in person, as well as fighting in combat hand-to-hand, or in range. the SCP will not attack Class D Personnel, so long as they do not wield a weapon of their body. This requires any Class D Personnel to not wear shoes, as SCP-4033 will consider them as weapons. Through testing, it is shown that the SCP is fully capable of learning a weapon's recoil pattern in 3 shots with automatics, semi-automatic, pistols, automatic pistols, burst-fire weaponry, throwing knives, shurikens, throwing stars, and throwing hatchets. SCP-4033 is considered highly dangerous if a Level 2 guard (or higher) is in a 40 ft. radius of the only entrance and exit to the containment of the SCP.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4033 resides in a 40ft.x40ft.x20ft. room, layered internally with obsidian plated in steel bars. The second layer being reinforced concrete of 355 steel rebar tubes containing 220 volts of electricity, the final layer is a 3 ft. thick wall made of dyed soot-colored steel blocking containing 9v electricity throughout the walling, with a bulletproof/shatterproof glass beside the entrance to the room. If there is abnormal behavior of SCP-4033 prior of interviews, it should be reported immediately to *REDACTED*.
