Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard locked box on site 73. apart from class D testing, level 3 security clearance is required to activate SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXX should be guarded by no less than two MTF-Epsilon-11 guards at all times. SCP-XXXX should never be taken out of containment unless authorized by level 4 clearance or higher personnel. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored at all times, as to note any changes that have taken place to the object.
