Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: When not in use of study or experimentation, SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a 18.7 × 10.2 × 2.5 cm palladium microalloy glass air vacuum pump. When approaching SCP-XXXX, researchers and observers are to wear a hazmat suit at all times. Ventilation systems are strictly prohibited among SCP-XXXX’s storage area. The doors contain of two APR doors, one in front of the other, to keep SCP-XXXX-B from escaping the room.
Description: SCP-XXXX was found in a drug laboratory located west of ██████, Nevada. The jug had been labelled with a pale yellow sticky note, labelled “PURPLE DREAM!” with black permanent marker.
SCP-XXXX appears to be a 3.8 liter utility jug made of high-density polyethylene, contained with approximately 0.7 liters of a violet toned fluid. The fluid releases heavy amounts of violet gas, the gas somehow seeping through the polyethylene, creating a “hotbox” effect in the containment room.
Test subjects have been used to determine the effects of SCP-XXXX’s gas, and the following has been recorded as of {DATA EXPUNGED}
Experiment 001: ██/█/201█
Subject is a male caucasian-american, 167 cm in height, with a weight of 73 kilograms. Subject has been ordered to inhale the violet gas.
Subject breathes in the gas, and immediately gags, with a loud scream. Subject runs to the corner of the containment room, and begins to hyperventilate.
After about 3 minutes, the subject’s skin tone, begins to turn into a purple-red toned color. Subject’s veins begin to pulsate with a bright purple color. The subject’s breathing begins to slow down.
10 minutes have passed, and the subject begins to vomit an acidic substance all over the concrete floor. The subject’s vomit begins to then dissolve the concrete floor up to about 8 centimeters in depth.
15 minutes have passed, and the subject begins to bleed a purple fluid from the mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and urethra. The subject shortly after begins to fall into a coma.
Addendum:
An surgery was performed on the unconscious subject.
Subject’s veins have been discovered to be infiltrated with the gas, somehow replacing the subject’s heart’s right atrium supply of A-positive blood. The blood turns acidic, due to an unknown cause, and caused the stomach lining of the subject to rupture, most likely the cause of the subject’s vomiting.
