Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-4137 is to be kept in its containment chambers at all times. Containment chambers must be a 5m x 5m x 3m steel room with a 1m x 1m bulletproof glass window on the west wall. When personnel must enter SCP - 4137's containment chamber, all interactions are to be monitored by personnel of at least level 3 clearance. 1 kg (kilogram) of steel must be sent to its containment chamber weekly. Any tests must be approved by at least three 03 personnel. All tests must be approved by at least two 05 personnel and monitored by at least one level 4 personnel.

Description: SCP-4137 is a sentient humanoid robot that is constructed primarily of titanium and other metallic alloys. All electronics or mechanical components that make up SCP-4137 are unknown at this time. SCP-4137 is 2.3 meters in height and is able to move similarly to a human. SCP-4137 is able to communicate through human speech in a deep monotone voice and appears to know most human languages.
SCP-4137 has a humanoid head that is donned with slowly rotating silver gears.
When SCP-4137 remains still without any commands for approximately one (1) week, it will begin gathering loose objects in it's area. If no loose objects are present, it will tear away at its surroundings until it has the materials it has deemed necessary. SCP-4137 will then begin any amount of actions to the materials it had collected. These actions will lead to the creation of a random object. (See addendum) Actions can include but are not limited to the following:
Using a plasma cutter built into its finger to split objects into multiple pieces
Breaking objects by methods of its own strength (The strength at what SCP-4137 can break objects is still under investigation)
Completely destroying and reforming objects
Dismantling objects that are made of multiple pieces or parts
When creating a random object, SCP-4137 seems to have a preference for weaponry (specifically firearms or firearm-like weaponry)
After SCP-4137 completes these actions, he will begin to create a machine or electronic. All objects are to be identified as SCP-4137 followed by the number of previous objects SCP - 4137 has created (e.g. SCP-4137-1) (For a list of objects SCP-4137 has created please see addendum).
Addendum: The following is a list of all objects that SCP-4137 has created without a request.
SCP-4137-1 : A mechanical eye that travels by 6 short legs attached to the main body. SCP-4137-1 is approximately 6 cm tall and moves similarly to an arachnid. SCP-4137-1 has shown no signs of hostility.
SCP-4137-2 : A mechanical tank-like object that travels by two treads on its sides. A small gun is attached to the top of SCP-4137-2. SCP-4137-2 shows no hostility unless when something is deemed hostile. During this time SCP-4137-2 will begin to fire small tank shells from its gun until the hostile is neutralized or is deemed as passive once again. SCP-4137-2 is approximately 7 cm tall.

SCP-4137-5: A mechanical plane-like object that travels similarly to a plane. SCP-4137-5 is armed with machine guns that fire 3 mm ammunition and missile-like projectiles with heat-seeking capabilities. SCP-4137-5 behaves exactly the same as SCP-4137-2. SCP-4137-5 is about 6 cm in size.
When provided materials, SCP-4137 can be requested to create an object of any quality or complexity. Alternatively, if no materials are provided, SCP-4137 will request materials on its own merit. SCP-4137 will also make requests upon existing materials if they deem it necessary, though SCP-4137 has proven to be very resourceful with any materials provided. After it has been provided with the sufficient amount of materials required, SCP-4137 will begin to state an amount of time which is dependent on the quality of the materials required and the complexity of the object requested. SCP-4137 will then begin to perform a random sequence of actions consistent to that when creating other objects. When the time frame stated by SCP-4137 has passed, SCP-4137 will make the sound of a common egg timer and state that it has finished creating the object. Attempts that request SCP-4137 to create objects that have anomalous properties have been followed by a request for more materials.(See addendum 4137 - C)

Addendum 4137 - B: The following is a series of test conducted when certain materials and a request for an object is generated for SCP-4137.

Object Created: Standard M60 machine gun, aside from the receiver of the machine gun, the M60 has no anomalous features that would differentiate it from the standard M60. On the receiver of the machine gun is the conscious and detached head of D-31576. D-31576 has no apparent changes to personality or physiology. D-31576 has stated to feel no pain and is "actually pretty cozy." When fed, D-31576 turns any biological material it has eaten into metal chunks of chemical composition to brass. These metal chunks accumulate in the magazine of the M60 and can be fired as standard bullets. D-31576 has no control over the firearm itself and can only be fired by the trigger.
