Genre (Optional): Exploration/Horror/History

Page Layout (Optional): Story will be told primarily through a mix of exploration logs showing the current state of the SCP, and GOI documents detailing the history of how it got there.

Elevator Pitch: A City in Siberia used for anomalous weapon development during the cold war after disappearing in the late 80's due to an accident involving temporal weaponry during an attack by the American military. Now time doesn't flow in a consistent manner to outside observers of the city with time often skipping forwards, or back.

Central Narrative: An MTF unit is sent into the city looking for documents about what happened in the years that it has been gone, sometimes finding themselves in the times they see in the documents.

Hook/Attention-Grabber: Haven't seen any location based temporal SCP's like this, or any with exploration logs.

Additional Notes: Having trouble finding an MTF unit that would fit the story.
