Special Containment Procedures: A Humanoid

insulation that's detached from the main facility has
been constructed for containment purposes. An annual repair of the chamber for minor vibration damage is advised for structural integrity. Said chamber must not have any external windows or source of light of any kind. Camera's with night vision lens with a remote means of deactivation must be installed in the corners of the chamber. Pressure sensitive plates must be installed in the walls and floor of the chamber. Camera's must be hidden to prevent detection. A monthly ration of firewood must be delivered to a external chute outside SCP-5197-1's chamber. Demands for more rations up to the third time in a month has been deemed acceptable. Anymore accepted request or the failure to get the base ration may result in breach of containment.

Monitoring of SCP-5197-1 must only be taken if SCP-5197-1 is not aware of it being seen. However, monitoring of the entity when it knows its being seen can take place under the possibility of a breach of containment. Regular monitoring is mainly taken place with pressure sensitive mapping of the chamber. An inactivity of no less then 4 hours may result in emergency monitoring. Personnel must have a history of either narcolepsy or insomnia to properly contain SCP-5197. As well as wear gear specialized to cancel the effects of extreme vibrations produced from sound waves.
