SCP-4151 is a humanoid white male who looks to be in their teens, his height is 1.65 meters. the most notable feature about SCP-4151 is the fact that they have 10 Centimetre needles, covered in skin, extending out of his knuckles of his pointer and middle fingers on both his hands. Tests are usually on D-class personnel for an injection into the arm.

Class D personnel became extremely hostile 30 seconds after injection, SCP-4151 received multiple hits to the head before the Class-D personnel was detained. SCP-4151 still experiences side effects of the blows to his head. Symptoms include, depression, anxiety, schizophrenia and general insanity. This is what lead SCP-4151 to be a Euclid.
