Special containment procedures: Subject must be contained within a safe 12 inches x 12 inches x 12 inches. Safe must have three locks as to ensure that only officials with knowledge of the code can get the subject. A miniature camera must be installed to ensure nobody can steal the subject.

Description: The subject is a book that contails 600+ pages. Each chapter in the book tells of individual tales. If any chapter is read either by reading aloud or by silently reading all objects and characters in that chapter will take upon physical forms within a 100 mile radius of the subject.

This book is not to be read by any personnel. As any characters could have mischievous intentions. Or worse.
