Special Containment Procedures:SCP-XXXX Is to be kept in a locked room placed on a table and not to be used/tested on by any personnel of the Foundation.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Jack In The Box about 30 inches tall, With the box hand painted Red and blue. The paint appears to come from eastern Asia. When cranked the object behaves much like a normal jack in the box.
But following tests upon SCP-XXXX revealed that when the object gets damaged by the user it will lose function to that person. The same night that D-class personnel's room was found covered in birthday streamers and party balloons, all of unknown origin as none are held on Site-[REDACTED]. They were taken down the next morning.
The night following the occurrence streamers refilled the room and the D-class had a face paint resembling a circus clown and had been killed by suffocation. The test subject had been reanimated by invisible strings much like a puppet becoming the first instance of SCP-XXXX-2. Any attempts to contain the Animated body where ineffective and MTF Mu-13 "Ghostbusters" Were sent to Neutralize the Anomaly. There have been no more occurrences of SCP-XXXX-2 since [DATA EXPUNGED] and all testing on SCP-XXXX has been concluded.
