Special Containment Procedures: SCP-████ is to be contained in a non-standard 4m x 4m polycarbonate cell suspended 1m off the ground within a standard 10m x 10m concrete containment bay, this is to allow maintenance personnel adequate space to maintain the sixty [60] industrial halogen light fixtures mounted externally on all six [6] sides of the polcarbonate cell, ten [10] fixtures per cell face, mounted on an external scaffolding framework, to run continuously, for redundancy purposes 1/2mil lumen spotlights are present, arrayed at one [1] per corner at the base of the scaffolding facing into the polycarbonate cell. In the event of a power failure these spotlights will activate and run on emergency power for up to twelve [12] hours. At all times there must be two [2] security personnel patrolling the perimeter of containment bay, to be equipped with tranquilizer rifles [NOTE: Security detail is to make no attempt to physically prevent subject SCP-████ from escaping containment via SCP-████-1, use only of tranquilizer rifle authorized]. It is critical that every effort is made to minimize the presence of shadow within the polcarbonate suspended cell.

Description: Entity is a male human, 180cm in height, weighing 60kg, dark brown hair and blue eyes, [WARNING: it has become impossible to verify a physical description SEE ADDENDUM-2]|. Subject exhibits normal characteristics of aging, physical strength consistent with male specimen of this height and weight, reflexes unnaturally acute. Acquisition: SCP-████ Was recovered from ██████ Arizona, USA, the Foundation investigated reports of an unusual number of successful escape attempts by federal prisoner ████████████, extradited from ████-████ due to the inadequacy of local holding facilities. It was rapidly ascertained by Foundation assets that the individual in question exhibited anomalous properties and the containment of such fell under the jurisdiction of The Foundation. It is worth noting that federal agents involved in extricating SCP-████ seemed to have some level of knowledge as to his capabilities, along with SCP-████ Foundation personnel recovered a non-government issue carrier plane modified to hold several high gain spotlights, centered on a bolted down chair adorned with restraints. Heavy presence of bodily fluids suggests SCP-████ was held in transit for quite some time, possibly while a similarly modified holding cell was created. All federal agents involved in SCP-████'s capture were administered class B amnesiacs.
SCP-████-1: Any personnel coming into direct contact with SCP-████ are to be designated SCP-████-1 and secured within a containment unit to the specifications as described for SCP-████, to date fourteen [14] individuals are suspected hosts of SCP-████, it is impossible to verify who is and is not SCP-████, as such we have no choice to continue the containment of these exposed individuals. It may also be possible that SCP-████ is not among these fourteen [14] exposed individuals but we must proceed with the assumption that it is at least a possibility.

Addendum ████-1: Containment breaches - Despite the ongoing revision and additions to containment procedures, SCP-████ has breached containment on no less than six [6] occasions. More disturbing is the increasing level of 'retribution' SCP-████ displays after each subsequent incarceration as well as the large number of personnel related to the containment of SCP-████ reported as MIA, including off-site and even out of country agents. It is also possible that SCP-████ has been involved in the containment breach of other SCP subjects, although this can not be directly confirmed, After action reports listed below.

, SCP-████, SCP-████, SCP-████ all broke containment at this time resulting in an additional thirty-seven [37] fatalities and the loss of sub-level-████ resulting in the loss of an entire 'Class-Safe' SCP storage level. A full inventory is underway to asses the extent of the loss.
